This is the 70702 Lego Galaxy Squad Warp Stinger build. It has 310 pieces in 3 numbered bags, one instruction manual, sticker sheet, and comes with 3 mini-figures.- Billy Starbeam – 2 faced – grey torso, red arms and legs, detailed printing on torso front and back – red helmet with clear visor- Mosquito – it’s same as in other sets but it is an amazing mini-figure – outstanding head piece, incredible wings, wonderful body – printing on torso (front and back) and legs- comes with a scorpion blaster weapon.- Alien Robot - red helmet with black visor – excellent printing on torso and legs (torso is predominately grey and the legs are a scarlet red)– comes with a “jet pack”.The builds are:- Speeder Bike – small vehicle for Billy to ride – it’s ok but was a disappointment to the builder – the best things are the 2 over-under “guns” which remind me of the pulse rifles in Aliens, these are the only grey things on the bike – the build is predominately white and red with a couple of clear green bricks.- The “stinger” ship – this is a “giant” modular ship where the mosquito mini-figure sits between the clear half egg shaped eye balls.I cannot explain how wonderful the “stinger” is - the clear bright green wings, the head with the red eyes and long proboscis. The body and tail have 5 junctions which don’t really allow the body and tail to move in sections, but allow the bug to “sit” nicely on the shelf. There is a blue/purple “pod” with an iridescent effect which can open up and hold a mini-figure.This really is a beautiful bug – it actually looks like a mosquito or dragonfly.I’ll be honest – I was a bit disappointed by the “bike” we’ve had better in Star Wars, in fact we’ve had better looking jet skis, etc, in Friends and City builds.The saving aspects of this build are the mosquito mini-figure and the “stinger” ship – that ship is superb – it looks better in the brick than it does on the box. The image on the box looks dull but the “stinger” is far from that – it is bright and stunningly coloured.I know I keep saying it but I am so incredibly happy with the “stinger” ship that I would have a collection of these beautiful bugs if they were available, but sadly it appears that Lego have called an end to the Galaxy Squad line.

I bought this for my 5 year old. He loves Lego and had no problems making it, even though it says 8-14. The Warp Stinger is bigger than we thought it would be and very detailed. It looks cool and it actually fires a ball from it's tail (very pleasing if you're 5!). Great set - really pleased with it. A fab addition to our Galaxy Squad army

This is an another excellent lego galaxy toy. It's a decent size and despite its intricate design it is stable and stays together nicely. My son (age 7) is very impressed and especially likes the purple ball that the bug can shoot out of its tail. Would definitely recommend!!

My son bought this with Lego Galaxy 70703 with his birthday money and compared to some lego sets this seemed good value for money and very impressive. Lovely vibrant colours too.
