It's Lego. What can you say about Lego that people don't already know?This set is a great box of mixed bricks and pieces to start free-form building. It comes with an instruction manual for a few small builds, but otherwise it's an imagination style set.The pieces included are fairly mixed, ranging from the classic 4x2 to small flower heads. This is actually the only issue I have with the set - it has too many smaller pieces, and items I'd see as specialised. I'd prefer to see more of the 4x2 bricks included and less of the small parts, so items like buildings and vehicles can be more readily built.Overall, a very good set.

Brilliant box of basic lego, comes with instructions for building a number of models using the contentents.Contains wheels etc and my 6 year old was delighted with it as it helped develop his growing lego collection.Would highly recommend.

Better than sets - Lets the children's imagination run away without being constrained by tiny, fiddly bits that are lost instantly the item is broken up for the first time.Help engineers of the future run away with their imaginations.

Great kit and lots of fun both of my kids had a great time reading their way through the instructions and building the kits in the box. Which they then played with for weeks. But then took it all apart and made their own things...

Excellent value for money. Have already recommended this set to other members of the family and friends. As always, LEGO is top class. Bought earlier on this year for myself. Just purchased it again as a gift for Xmas.

Bought for my 6 year-old grand-daughter for Christmas to add to her Lego collections. She started playing with it straight away. You can't go wrong with Lego. Arrived from Germany tracked and in very good time.

A box of bricks. Well required, given that much of the lego range is now focussed on characters or themes. Provided opportunity to create own designs and structures. Well worth buying

Love this type of lego not only are there suggested models shown but the variety of bricks supplied enable the lego fan to use their imagination. I would certainly recommend this set.

Have loved trying this out before sending as a present to my nephew abroad. Limited number of items you can build, and could definitely have done with more tiling / roofing bricks.

My son loves absolutely loves Lego so loved this Christmas present! The booklet is also really good and gives a few ideas to get the imagination really going

Fantastic my grandson was here when it arrived,we got to work building the tree house and the radio cassette,our other grandchildren will love it too!!

all good with these, i was expecting them to be bigger building blocks and not this small. they are too small for a boy who creates mess easily

This is great for children.It is easy to use and can be quickly collected after use.It is colourful and durable and good value for money.

Cracking little starter set with hours of fun. I also bought a green board as without it little ones might find it tricky or a bit dull

What can I say! Grandson loves lego - especially this box which includes all sorts of sizes and he can make whatever he wants to.
