My friend got this set for me as a gift, and my friend and I built the set together, my friend built the red race car and I built the yellow one. When the set was done it looked good, but the red race car was the best one (in my opinion) but the yellow race car was a little bit simpler but there was a flaw. The roof for the yellow one was loose. Yes I know the roof is ment to be loose but the red race car had a clutch power in the roof, while the yellow one did not. And at least the roof could have a few studs on it but nonetheless Im giving this set a 4 star rating.

This was purchased for my 6 year old who’s mad on Lego. The box indicates suitability for 5 years + so was perfect for her age. Having bought many Lego products over the years we’ve been a little disappointed as most of them are now moulded pieces. The Lego City range however seems to have reverted back to the old Lego style of multiple pieces that can be interchanged with other items. Love the fact that it also come with a separate instruction book for each car. 5 star rating from us!

My 7 year old absolutely adored this, small pieces so took a little while to put together, lots of detail, instruction are easy to follow, didn't fall apart after the first "crash" very sturdy and still being played with regularly since Christmas.

Perfect gift for my 4 year son's birthday.X2 cars, great value for money in the sale. He enjoyed building the cars with his big brother and was dead chuffed that he now has his own Lego cars. Great starter set for a Lego collector.

Great value little set. Both cars are designed well, look different from each other and are nice and sporty. Both mini figures are unusual in design and not common either.

Super fun Lego set. Easy to build suitable for the age suggested. Comes with some cones and spare pieces. Nice design and durable. My son loves spinning the cars around.

Lego is expensive and this is no different. However, my nephew loved this.There are enough parts for him and it’s certainly age appropriate.Would purchase again.

We love Lego, but it’s normally super expensive. We found these on here as an extra little gift and it was so worth it. They were cheaper here than anywhere else.

Great birthday gift for my 5 year old nephew he loves them. I thought these were pull back racing cars but they aren’t, that’s the only downside

Sent to 5 year old arrived on time and well packed. Enjoyed assembling with bit of help from an adult! He loves it. Very good value & sturdy.
