Bought this recently on a trip to LegoLand, silly I paid full price £30 and it's not worth it at that price, ok for the price here on Amazon but I wouldn't pay over £20. It's a good set overall and great how the boat fits quick snuggly on top of the transporter, a little fiddly for my son as you do have to make sure the warning lights at the back have been moved out of the way, but he usually has the boat seperate anyway. Also a little fiddly to put the men in to the speed boat as the seats are low down so I usually have to do this for him.'New' Lego City Set - Doesn't seem overall well thought through, seems a bit basic in comparison to some other previous sets,

This was for my son, almost 12 years. He says "I like it as it has some cool bits on it, but the rear arms holding the light bulbs are very fragile. I wouldn't pay over £20 for it."It took him about 20 minutes to build (taking his time to enjoy it!) He loves lego.

absolutely brilliant,, very impressed, my son is a lego junkie, got him this for his 11th birthday,, he was thrilled...we even took pics of it when he'd finshed makin it,, and amazon's the best price tag when it comes to lego.. definately...top marks all round ..

My four year old grandson has great fun building this item. He watched while I built it for the first time and immediately asked for it to be taken apart so that he could rebuild it by himself. He has just started to take a big interest in Lego.

Lego is very creative and my 9 year old found this to be no different. Though much loved by my son, generally I think most Lego is expensive. At half price this was very good value. Let's hope Amazon can supply more as this discounted price.

Bought this as a present from my Mum to my stepson as he'd requested either Lego Starwars or Lego harbour related stuff. You get so much more Lego when it's not attached to a film franchise.

I bought this for a birthday present for my son's 7 year old friend. He loves lego. It was delivered very fast and I was pleasantly surprised at how big it was. Good value for money.

The kid loved it and raves about lego. What's not to love? Uses it to make other things too but soon added to his other millions lego bricks. He still plays with his lego though!

Kids enjoyed it, not only the construction but also to play with once built. Lego let them learn to work from instructions and can be made even before children can read.

Bought for god son who loves his lego city pieces, he was overjoyed to receive this set. Great value for money, arrived in good time and in excellent condition.

Teaches patience and manipulative skills, but the complicated assembly and small parts will require adult supervision when being tackled by the younger child.

As I would expect, this is lego at its best. Christmas present for my grandson aged 6 and he loves it, it was not too difficult to put together himself.

bought this for a boy's present. can't go wrong with Lego. Goes with all the Marina and Harbour stuff. Keeps little hands busy and brains working.

My Grandson loved this Lego model, but then he loves all his Lego toys. It gave hours of enjoyment, and is still being played with today.
