This is a great set and the planes and other vehicles work out really well. I question the 4+ rating, though, as the planes are quite challenging to build. The set includes instructions for the large red plane, the green truck and yellow cars. Instructions for two further planes, a jet and a bi-plane are available online, but the other ideas provided are extremely difficult to replicate without a guide. C'mon Lego, give the kids something to work with!

Bought as a present for five year old son. He was able to follow the pictures and build the things himself. He enjoyed building the stuff and then has spent hours playing with the models. Bits inevitably fall off and the models get customised but it's Lego - you can't break the bricks you just build bits again or build something new. A good selection of bricks.

As always Lego provide imaginative and creative toys for children to play with. Even if they follow the instructions and build the sets shown on the box, they can then extend their creativeness, by building their own alternative structures. Great Product and great price.

I brought this for a 4 year old as a gift, instructions were easy but need an adult to help really - this wasn't a problem, the adults seemed to have just as much fun as the 4 year old. Great present idea

Exactly what we were wanting having bought an airport play mat for our three year old grandson. This lego will give him hours of imaginative fun with the playmat.

My 4 year old loved this. It was his first proper Lego set and first time he followed instructions and made everything on his own with the odd bit of help.
