118 pieces, over 2" tall, not 12cm ( that's the box) as stated on Amazon. Pure Lego fun combined with colourful & well thought out figures that are easy to build, look great on display & require just a little bit of thought when building owing to some possibly new to some but interesting build techniques. This particular model .. 41594 is Captain Armando Salazar from the Disney Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales film - so if you are lucky enough to have a "Jack Sparrow" as well or can get your hands on one the you will have the start of a great collection of characters that are also available in the Lego Brick Headz range - All stand on their own baseplate & obviously,

Lego Brickheadz are for ages 10+ and come with bags of bricks (in this case two), a plate for them to stand on and an instruction booklet. Captain Armando Salazar is one of two figures from “Pirates of the Caribbean,” along with Captain Jack Sparrow. My ten year old daughter enjoyed putting this together and the Brick Headz can either act as ornaments, or, better yet, as toys. The detail is good, with Captai Armando Salazar having a cutlass, waistcoat and buttons.I really like these little Lego sets. They would make ideal stocking, or party bag, fillers and have great play value. I have since purchased more of the figures as they are such fun. The LEGO UK 41594 Brickheadz Captain Armando Salazar is one of a series of Brickheadz models.In the box are two transparent bags containing 118 Lego blocks and a brilliant construction guide that gives the child (or adult) all the information needed to build the model, layer by layer, using only graphics.Each page of the guide shows all the blocks needed for the current layer with an illustration of the completed layer. I love LEGO in all its forms including Duplo. I still have my old LEGO from when I was a kid. My lo loves building with blocks too. I'd never tried the brickheadz range before so wad keen to give this a go. It is great fun and you end up with a miniature lego-fied model of, in this instance, Salazar from Pirates of the Caribbean. I had a ball making this up and it brought back fun memories of building all manner of things with my generic LEGO - as in my day it didn't come sold in sets and you used your imagination to build!This is perfect for a LEGO or a Pirates of the Caribbean fan. Would make a great stocking filler, Secret Santa gift or just a wee treat!

I like the BrickHeadz range, as they are well priced singularly, and as they form part of a bigger collection, are a great thing to mention extended family to contribute towards as gifts without spending too much.I think this in terms of design is one of the weaker ones - the Disney segment of BrickHeadz is probably the weakest actually - when the Marvel and DC ranges are way more detailed and distinguishable.However overall I really like them. Proper sized lego, not the big chunky stuff. Still quite intricate so takes best part of 40 mins to make.

This is a great little lego set, it has a fair few pieces given the cost, which is good. If you haven't guessed the character is from the Pirate's of the Carribean franchise - a fun interpretation thereof anyway.As with most Lego sets, there's a good instruction guide that will help you on your way - it really is simple and easy to follow.These are fun sets, and something a bit different - I'd happily recommend these!

A large and fabulous Lego set of 118 or so pieces which make up a large figure. I have never seen anthink like it before. My grandson is a little young for it, and needed help putting it together. He us nit quite seven, but lives it.It us really great value as it is inexpensive. It would make a lovely Christmas gift for a Lego fan - of any age.....and a devotee of Captain Jack Sparrow.

Comes with a base plate and all the bricks you need to build the character. So could be used either as a permanent fixture or as something to be played with in the same way lego would be played with. Without the base plate it is 2" tall. Recommends age 10+. Once completed actually looks like the character it is meant to be. Good fun. Nice stocking filler as we approach Christmas.

This LEGO could be a stand alone item or add to a collection of Brickheadz.Easy to build - then display.This particular item would appeal to fans of Pirates of the Caribbean - Captain Armando Salazar from Disney Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.Would make a great birthday or Christmas stocking filler.
