We often make amarican pancakes (flapjacks) and i could never get them to stay the right size until i got the rings.Put them in the pan, put a small blob of butter in each one and pour in the pancake mixture. They yield pancakes which are a nice size and thickness. Put straky bacon and maple syrup on them and you have a fantastic breakfast.Good value for money.
