A tremendously high quality product - far superior to what was in our local cookshop. Definitely good value. I now serve everything in little round towers. so much so that it's starting to annoy people. madame has forbidden me from serving 'a tower of toast' ever again, she says 'it's a waste of bread'. either way, a fine purchase. these are solid, they'll last for ages.2016 update: Obviously these have not broken or worn out at all as I suspected they wouldn't four years ago. I use these rosti rings all the time, not only for making rosti, but for plating.Versatile set, in 4 different sizes, I am considering buying another set tomake plating easier. Food doesn't stick to its highly polished stainless steelsurface, and their height allows their use for many different purposes.Buy them if you want to make rosti, patties, etc., or for plating round forms.

Perfect for everything round. Food slides out with no problem and keeps shape just like it should. Highly recommended. EAsy to clean and care for.
