These are great pans looks the part, cooking in these are fab had them 20 months now and still looking great. I use the sponge scourers which are rough enough to clean any food off but soft enough not to scratch them. Did burn food in one twice forgot the pot on stove, but not a problem if this happens just remove what food you can with either wooden or plastic spoon "don't scrape to get it off" then I boil kettle and leave to simmer for amount of time necessary can be 5 mins or more then rinse if all burnt on food hasn't come off on 1st go repeat as it will. I don't use metal utensils as it will scratch them and have boiled pots over but outside has not stained.

Superb Greman Pans, Love double handle continental pans. They are heavy but will last year's well worth the investment. These pans are made to the very highest standards and to see them in the flesh you can see this. Quality Ozzes from them.Very Highly Recommended!

Agonised for ages over which pans to buy and sent two sets back before choosing this set. The set looks very smart and shiny and cleans very well. Easy to use, easy to clean and the two handles make handling when full safer. Highly recommended.

What more can I say - a very good set of pans.Lid is good - handy being able to see through it.Also handle being able to pour liquid out of the pan without having to perform the usual lid/pan manoeuvre.

Really deep pans and fit the hobs really well. I wouldn't say that they are fantastic but the use of the lids with drainage is great
