My first impression of this raincoat is good. It seems a decent the quality, and i like the clever features like the mesh lining, the zip opening for a harness lead, an opening for a collar lead, and the elastic bands for the back legs. And i like how it opens up completely, so it doesnt have to go over your dogs head, and the neck opening is adjustable. However we haven't used it yet because I have to return it due to the sizing. Like a lot of people mention in various reviews, the sizing is very odd. My slim, medium sized collie x (<18 kg) does not fit size large, it's too small around the neck/shoulders. I had read all the reviews, looked at various websites to get the best idea of what size she mostly likely would fit,

We have a toy cockerpoo and her coat, especially in the winter, is very thick and dense so a coat is too warm for her. But this raincoat is ideal as it cuts down on the drying time on her coat (to which she is not very partial). The medium size is a great fit although she doesn't like the corner elastic around her legs. So we have cut those off. The raincoat continues to do its job perfectly without them. I like the fact that there is quite a long piece underneath which also helps to protect her from getting too wet (her little short legs means she is quite close to the ground :-))

My dog is a 20lb shaggy mixed breed who is a little tubby around the belly. I got a size Medium. The coat adjusts well for a dog slightly smaller or slightly larger than he is. The length is perfect. It's light weight for spring, summer and fall in Toronto but heavy enough that the back doesn't blow up in the wind.

Very reasonable price for well made, lightweight dog rain jacket. Prompt delivery.Easy to put on, even for a ‘wriggler’ & Good fit for our cockapoo & kept her body nice & dry in some heavy rain.

Wanted a light raincoat for my pug to wear with his harness. Followed measuring tips but it only just fastened around his chest so had to return. Return process and refund very easy.

Ordered 2 different type coats but same size and this one was slightly smaller and tight round the private parts. This was for a small but stocky Frenchie

This fits my parsons Jack Russell terrier perfectly. I love these coats and they keep Teddy dry and clean under his stomach too. Great little coats.

These are a great lightweight rain/wind jacket. The XXS fit my 4lb yorkie & chihuahua with room to layer a sweater under too.
