A Carbon Monoxide Alarm that Does The Job Right. Easy to Install.I received it one day and it was on my Ceiling the very next day, up and running, it replaces my old alarm which had expired recently, Old alarm was disconnected internally, and is only being used as a Junction Box for the cable to the New Alarm. Note the Mounting Block made from a 35mm standard UK Socket Box which encloses the projecting electrical connections at the back of the alarm and allows you to paint the ceiling without risking splashing paint onto the new alarm unit.

Only time will tell if this does it's job but the unit seemed to be well made and came in it's box with full instructions and dust cover. Installation to replace an expired unit was fairly painless - had to swap over the power connector but the one that came with this unit was easy to fit. Nice loud alarm with descreet power/warning LED's.

Excellent item. Purchased as replacement for previous alarm that had passed it’s battery life. This model was an exact swap like for like, so I didn’t have to make new holes in the ceiling for the base plate, it just fitted straight onto the old one. Easy to install.

The alarm came in time, it was packaged well with clear instructions. I had been struggling to remove the old alarm for a while until I received this. The instructions helped. Hoping it lasts the seven years as mentioned so cannot verify the battery life.

Replaced my old alarm with this after 7 years. Although the model name is changed, the product spec is the same so it fits in my existing socket without any issues. It would be great if the price can be cheaper as it only lasts 7 years.

This item was delivered on time and it was very easy to install, mainly because it was a direct replacement for the old one which had expired. We were able to attach it to the existing base which was fixed to the ceiling.

This was an exact replacement for a CO monitor that had reached the end of its seven year life. Fitting was very simple as I could use the existing mounting plate, wiring and connector.

I bought this to replace an existing unit which died after 3yrs, they're supposed to last 7. We'll see how we get on with this one.
