Not a lot of reviews on Amazon for the Keen Arroyo 3 sandal, well i debated and deliberated over this sandal and decided to give a try and am delighted to say i am glad i did.First off i have to confess i did go one size up than usual, so thanks to the reviewers that advised on this and i would say just one size was big enough for me in fact an 11.5 would have probably been ok but this was not available.They are light easy to put on and off feel comfortable, don't know what they will be like in in a year from now but judging by my previous Keen Newports i expect good service from them.With regards to the comment about them being flimsy i would agree they are more flexible than the original Arroyo's,

I bought a size too big because all the reviews said they were in the small size. Tried them on and they see a good fit. They are very comfortable and I like their look. The sole is rugged but it’s a bit sloppy on wet rocks. I actually really like them they are cool and the air flows through them very nicely.

I can’t say enough about how comfortable these sandals are and also gives me confidence that my toes are protected. I wouldn’t recommend then for long backpacking hikes, but good for changeing into for crossing streams and hanging out around the campsite or in the lake to wash off.

My foot is narrow so it fits me perfectly. I read all the reviews and bought a pair a half size larger than I would normally get. It's a nice comfortable shoe to use for water based activities. I look forward to hiking in them during the summer.

Everything is perfect about them . For how light they are compared with true hiking boots ,they give amazing amount of support . Super on the hike trail for light fast short to medium hikes.
