Had the previous model to this, so it did'nt let me down. I cleaned my carpets and settee with no problems. I bought my previous machine(Press n ex) in 1994 and allthough it still works, the motors are'nt as good and it leaks, if this machine lasts as long i wont be surprised.

Have used its brother ( earlier model ) before and it ticks all the boxes.It was used on aircraft, cars, normal house carpets etc and was brilliant on them allThis one is no different and i realy recommend it.

good communicatoin and fair deal, so far no problems at all with the Puzzi cleaner!!
