Let’s start off with a competitor! B&Q, keep the local stores open or they will shut forever.A longer version is that I bought a Karcher Snow Foam unit from the above mentioned DIY chain. It looked an excellent “gadget” and with two cars and a motorbike to clean, well why wouldn’t I? However, when trying the twist and turn fitment to my very old Karcher pressure washer unit it just didn’t seem too fit. On close inspection the fitment had changed marginally. But enough to ruin my idea of an easy fitment. Back to my friend Google where I find that handles over x number of years old need an adaptor. Head in hands moment. But then a few lines down the page an Amazon link springs to life.

Ordered to convert the connection of my old T300 Patio Cleaner to suit my new K4 Karcher pressure washer which has a different connector and works perfectly.Previous reviews seemed to suggest that this was only to allow new Karcher accessories to be used with old Karcher pressure washers, but the image of the part on seemed to suggest otherwise. Decided to buy it anyway and just give it ago and see and I was glad that I did as it saved me from having to buy a new patio cleaner!!Karcher help line advised me that this wouldn't work and apologised for the fact that they presently didn't have a suitable adapter for my needs, it now appears they were wrong !!

Having bought a new attachment for an older Karcher pressure washer I was disappointed that it would not fit as the attachment mechanism is a different size.Fortunately this adapter allows you use the newer attachments on older pressure washers, which is great.The only reason for this not being 5 stars is the difficulty attaching the adapter, so much so that at first I thought I'd bought the wrong thing. I think this also means that in practice that you would want to buy an adapter per new attachment so as to not need to keep re-attaching the adapter.Overall though, does the job!

I own small but very quality Kärcher pressure washer from 1994 and with this adapter I can use all new attachments they did not exist that time. This is very good, kind and human move from Kärcher, because they could easily just have politics: "Buy complete new one system, because you own your existing one for too long and we do not have profit from you." This commercial politic is very common today but I am very glad, not from Kärcher. In my country official sellers and services even do not distribute this adapter. So also, thanks to Amazon for offering it.

Bought in the hope that it would work the other way and make fittings for an older K2 model fit into the newer K5 style. It didn’t. Even after removing the yellow but still no joy, they are just different fitments. I was wanting to use the snow foam gun for the k2 on the k5, but this was not what we needed. Not the fault of the adapter, it was never marketed to do what I wanted it to. I just read one review on here that intimated it worked for them in a similar situation.I got round my issue by using an entire handle from an old k2

Bought this for my old Karcher 2.9 pressure washer so I can use new fittings, in this case it was for the Karcher foam Spray nozzle. It fits perfectly.For the price I didn't know what to expect, so I thought I was taking a chance, but when it arrived it was in perfect brand new condition with all tags and labels.I wasn't expecting it to be a genuine Karcher product, but it was and I am really pleased. Will definitely buy again from this buyer.

Bought this in the hope it would allow me to connect my old K2.65 to a T5 Racer patio attachment. It was an extremely tight fit, but thankfully it worked. Bit naughty of Karcher though, they imply on the T5's carton that it is compatible with all older sprayers & even include green nozzles for the K2, but the lances supplied with the T5 would not fit. Trafalgar Cleaning were helpful & replied promptly to my queries. Patio nice & clean now!

This is a very simple and rather expensive adaptor that converts the kit that is normally inserted into a lance designed for a Karcher K4 so that it can be used with a K5. Beware: There is a yellow plastic insert that can work loose and remain in your Karcher. If it is still there it may prevent this adaptor from inserting properly. Removing it will fix the problem and allow the adaptor to insert easily.

I have purchased a snow foam bottle that needed to be connected to a karcher preasure washer and the only way to do this was to remove the nozzle on the end of the wand, I didn't want to have to continually keep taking the wand apart to change the ends, this adapter works and fits perfectly so i can now change either one extremely quickly.

I spent ages on the web trying to find if this adapter fitted my very old Karcher jet wash 411A and I struggled to find a comprehensive answer, even Karcher failed to reply to my emails, anyway I am pleased to say it does and I can use the the latest Karcher attachments. Very happy now! I hope this information helps others.

My husband bought himself a snow (foam) Lance for our Karcher, only to find out it didn’t fit the locking system on our model. With a bit of internet surfing found we had an older model and this little gadget would solve the issue. He is one happy bunny.Think ours is a series 2 and the foaming device is a series 5.

My new 2020 version K5 full control does not fit currently selling attachments. This adapter is essential to connect extra attachments other than the 3 in 1 lance that it was shipped with. The adapter works well, despite only being sold for old style trigger guns (1990-2008 Gun M & 1997/7 Trigger Gun).

great product which allows a snow foam adaptor which normally fits onto the newer karcher models to fit onto an older karcher model...bizzarely this item is NOT available from karcher uk themselves and amazon were far and away the best price from where I could get it!!

This has made my old Karcher pressure washer usable with the latest Karcher accessories. New life for the old machine. Glad I didn't need to buy a whole new pressure washer just to be able to use a high foam attachment for washing the car with. Great adapter.

I bought a Karcher pressure washer add-on for the lance to then find out my add-on was for a newer model than I had. Turns out this adapter converts the old connection to the new one so I could still make use of the new add-on I bought for my jet wash.
