Bought the large and it fits a bit big, but still perfectly wearable even with the harness on top - as another reviewer suggested. I read lots of reviews before my purchase as it is very expensive for a dog coat, but i am pleased with my purchase and hope it will last a very long time. Other coats tend to hang down the sides of the dog, but this one is nicely fitted with a massive velcro fastening underneath. This means that more of her fur is covered from the elements. We have been out in very wet weather and where the coat fitted, she was dry underneath - given the all over coverage this is a lot of dry dog, only the legs, chest and head to dry off! My dog also likes to roll in muddy fields and so far it has still kept her dry.

Fit is as described, in this case xs. Good. Plenty of leeway.Yellow area at the base of back is stiff material, which does give shape to the jacket, but because it is relatively big on the xs size it makes the whole jacket a bit stiff.Dog seems to like coat except taking it off, does not like sound and feeling of large Velcro strip underneath being opened.Could double as an anxiety jacket as it is a nice snug fit with good support. I let my dog wear it on New Year's eve. Overall a great jacket, good quality, looks good and I am happy with my purchase. Not cheap but I am sure we will get plenty of wear out of it.Delivery quicker than expected.Update: After almost 1 year of use still great,

Great jacket. Easily cleaned, dirt washes straight off. I bought the pink coloured jacket and its nice and bright so can be seen at all times of the day/night.My only issue is that due to my dogs measurements the XS would have been to short on her back whereas the small is 7 cm longer and fits perfect from neck to tail, however the XS is too small for her chest circumference and bought the small, it fits her chest but because I have to tighten it as far as it will go the result is a flap hanging down underneath as there is not enough Velcro to attach the remaining flap. I added an extra piece of hi strength Velcro to see if it helps.

This is a fitted neoprene jacket/shirt. It is thin enougj to allow a k9 harness to fit over it with only very slight adjustment. It has a strong velcro fastener at the neck and under the abdomen and has stayed on my dog despite her climbing through every fence and bush she can find. As it's neoprene when it gets wet it keeps the dog cosy as long as they move just like a wetsuit so it's ideal for rainy climes.

Loved the look of this coat...fits great ....until in use . I bought small for the length ..but the under side needs a bit of shaping to allow for boy parts !! It's a shame as not really nice for dog when it covers his bits . So disappointed . Love K9 products but this needs rethinking boys

this is absolutely brilliant, very secure Velcro fastening around neck and underneath, I have a 7 month old cockapoo who loves going in water and this stops him being cold = highly recommended and will be buying another when he outgrows this one

Waterproof and good also has a ring where the lead can attach. The size up from XS did not have a ring pull so impossible to attach a lead. I reordered the larger size for my other dog but neither of the larger sizes had a ring as advertised.

Nice looking, smart fitted coat, Kitty McSporran certainly seems to like it, does unfortunately loose a star for Velcro fasten, which is not easy on long hair dogs, also as it’s quite stiff dog can’t curl up when wearing it..

Measurements were accurate, item is high quality, shipping and packaging was fast and well packed. Very warm and helps us find the dog in the dark by having the neon elements.

Perfect for keeping my Jug dry in the rain. Covers his back and under belly. Fits securely, the velcro is very strong. Has lead attachment so no need for harness as well.

Excellent product-good quality and well made. Dog even likes it - cocker spaniel - found medium a bit baggy but the small fits really well and certainly keeps him dry

Medium sized jacket fits my #sprocker very nicely and stays on even when she dives into undergrowth. Keeps her warm and dry. She doesn't try and take it off either

Julius k9 kit is always good and this is no different. Sits well on my medium haired GSD and has seriously helped to keep him dry this December!

Fits my 'retired' ten year old Cocker Spaniel perfectly. No loss of freedom of movement for her.She comes to me as soon as I pick it up ;-)
