Whether you're into whisky or not, if you don't like this there is something wrong with you. I think the Nectar D'or (15) is my favourate of Glenmorangie's 'extra matured' range followed by the Quinta Ruban then the Lasanta but there is really nothing between them, they are all superb and very different. So far I've tried over 100 different whiskies, the majority being 12 year old malts and the Quinta Ruban and Lasanta are among my top 5 younger (up to 12 year old) whiskies.

When this is on a deal for £35 buy it. 10 years being treated like normal Glenmorangie (with the exception of having no E150a added) and then 2 years in Sherry casks makes this whisky an excellent cheap whisky if you like Sherry cask finish. This, Glendronnach or Benriach, as well, all 12 yr old, all sherry cask versions.....buy anyone of these and for relatively inexpensive whiskies they punch well above their weight in terms of price point.

Excellent, complex, sherried whisky which managed to keep all of the distillery notes and flavours of citrus, whilst also having the Christmas spice and woody notes of an excellent sherry cask. Normally this gets the worst reviews of all of the 'extra matured' Glenmorangie range, but this was my favourite as the orange notes lift it above a Glenfarclas or Aberlour 12 in my opinion.

This is really just an ever so slightly richer tasting version of the 10 year old 'standard: Glenmorangie. It's way more expensive and it just isn't worth that higher price. Also, it's more acidic than the standard whisky too so it's not as enjoyable. It's a shame.My message to Glenmorangie : Bring back the "Midwinter Night's Dram" - THAT was delicious!!!!

It's hard to describe how amazing this whisky is. Like the Quinta Ruban, this is a whisky you won't want to miss out on. (I prefer the Quinta Ruban, but it's close). You'll live in the nose of this one. A splash of water brings out that gorgeous spice. Would be a good gift for any whisky lover.

Got this on offer for £35. Worth trying if you haven't had it before. Very smooth and good flavor from the cask. Not 100% if I would pay the same for a repeat visit. Plenty of other offers on the market up to that price.

Glenmorangie is my preferred single malt, have several bottles in stock but Lasanta has always been my favourite. My wife bought me another bottle for Christmas, love the taste of this, happy days.

Sweet, mellow, and by father its smooth. If you hate TCP whiskies like me, this is what you're looking for. This godly nectar will make you forget everything you thought you knew about malt.

This is a great tasting dram, very complex with fruit and sherry and at 43% has a nice kick. Similar to the Balvenie double wood but more flavour and on offer at £35, 2 quid cheaper!

This is a really nice whisky with a decent kick and long lasting flavour. Well worth buying when it is on offer. I will be keeping an eye out for when it is on offer again.

AS A FAN OF GLENMORANGIE PRODUCTS, AND THIS ON A DEAL OF THE DAY, I GAVE IT A GO. IT IS A SMOOTH AND SWEET WHISKY, THAT IS VERY SIP ABLE! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK?
