For me, this had a sharp taste on the tongue no doubt influenced by the 46% ABV, but also one of the sweetest Whisky's I've tried. It could be a nice accompaniment to a desert? Perhaps one for late in a Summer's day to appreciate its heavy vanilla nose, and zesty taste?I'd argue it's not a million miles away from the standard Glenmoragie 10 yr, and this has seemingly also lost its age statement in the last year, so the sharpness could also be a result of some younger cask in there? There is zero hint of smoke, so for many this could be the Whisky to go for. Though, for this price, the standard 10 yr might be just as suitable at nearly half the cost.

I had Nector D’or a long time but it was not purchased from Amazon. During lockdown, I thought of looking online for it and found it to be conveniently available and with Prime, you get this nectar of gods the next day.If you like single Malt then please definitely invest for taste buds to be alive with this beautiful whiskey. I am considering a weekly subscription for this whiskey.

I first had this single malt in Scotland with a meal in a lovely restaurant.It’s so smooth, it doesn’t feel like you’re drinking whisky, let alone such a potent single malt!This was for a gift for my mentor to enjoy and he has really enjoyed it.Lovely with a meal, as a night cap or as a tincture!

This is an excellent whisky with a lovely final twist. You don’t get any better for this money. I would strongly recommend to have 2 or 3 shots right away then let it breathe for 3 or 4 weeks. You will see a fantastic evolution of perfumes And better linger in your mouth

This is my absolute favourite whisky of all time. I have tried lots of more expensive whisky, but this is the king.Perfection in a glass!

A great tasting whiskey.Nice and mellow and extremely morish in my opinion.This is not a smokey/peaty whiskey
