After asking questions about potential fake following a review in Dec I was comforted that the whisky was genuine. It arrived today and after letting it breath for half an hour (intense fruit was missing from palate on 1st sip) it tastes beautifully sherried with more toffee/fudge notes on the palate. It’s quite complex with a bit of a nice musty note and a really intense and long rich dark chocolate and honey finish followed by pepper. Definitely a genuine article. You can tell by the depth of flavour and oily viscosity that it has been aged for 15yrs.I would say that it is slightly different to expected, a little less fruit sherbety and more toffee notes than my other Sherry Bombs (Aberlour A’bunadh and The Glenrothes Whisky Makers Cut).

This is very good whisky no doubt about it, but £150 a bottle!? My wife bought me a bottle of this from an Amazon seller for my last but one birthday, it was around £50 then and worth every single penny so why's it gone up so much in just 20 months???.Other reviewers have gone into detail about its qualities and they are many so don't let me put you off the actual product, it is wonderfully rich sherried whisky with a huge finish but I can only assume the massive hike in price is collector driven, which is a shame.If I'm wrong and its down to availability I can count myself lucky to have had a bottle of this great malt, but as good as it is, don't pay £150,

Lovely dark mahogany colour.Aroma of sherry, spiced fruit, burnt sugar, coffee, dark chocolate, ginger, cinnamon, furniture polish - in a nice way.Taste - rich, spicy, oaky, fruity sherry flavours, dark rum, very smooth.Finish is medium length, rich cake, a Dundee Cake that has been soaked in sherry.This is a great sherried whisky and its growing reputaion is well deserved.

This is a wonderful whisky by far the best I have had, After maturing in a sherry cask for fifteen years the flavour is quite simply delicious. There's a rich aroma of whisky with a hint of sherry and a long finish after you swallow the first mouthful, I can't praise this whisky and will definitely buy another bottle next Christmas if not before.

I have not drank the pre 2015 bottles before Glendronach ran out of this whiskey so I can’t offer a comparison. This is very easy to drink, very smooth. I enjoy the sweet Sherry after taste which lingers in the mouth the most. I don’t think this bottle will last long.I have taken a pic of when these was bottled.

I bought this whiskey as a Christmas gift for my day as he enjoys his whiskies. He said that this is the nicest whiskey he’s ever had and he will be saving it especially for special occasions! Certainly high praise was given for this bottle!

A quality dram which benefits from a time to breathe. It's tastes better after a couple of weeks of opening. No idea why, it just does. The 12 year old is also worth checking out. It's not as complex but is great value.

Brilliant whisky well worth the money. Not tried the 12 or 18 definitely considering to buy, though have read the 15 is the one to get. Lots of depth and flavour, the delivery was quick too.

The whisky is perfect to my taste.Stronger than the Glendronach 12 and not as sweet.It tastes more earthy and herbal.A Macallan 12 double cask with longer lasting taste.

This is amazing. I'm not a whisky drinking normally but this is spot on. A full review can be found on the whisky exchange Web page and you will not be dissapointed.

Okay it is dear but normally I drink brandy. This was a real game changer for me as this is so smooth so full of stunning flavours I turned to the whiskey side.

I've had the 2009/15 Revival and the New 2018 version, both are very good but the first revival as more going on then the latest dram, still very good.

Nicest I’ve tried. I have an 18 too which I love, it’s rich and tasty but the 15 is better. More balanced and smoother. Beautiful

What a whisky. One of the best whiskies available at this price range, lovely sherried flavours and a brilliant Christmas dram.
