Generally agree with the rest of the reviews - this is a fantastic machine with 1 minor caveat.First strengths - its exceedingly powerful, which means its gets everything up and then some. Cleaning the carpets, it got more liquid out of the fabric than any other machine i have had previous. The blower function is a nice addition, and the machine is simple to operate and attach. The hose is a reasonable length and the addition of the drain at the bottom make empty the tank into an ourside drain very straightforward.Now, its failed are simple. First the power cable is only 2 metres long. Compared to the 6 and 8m on every other vacuum and carpet cleaner i have ever owned,

Using this for the last week or so, what's good, great suction if you've got kids spilled cereals or cups of tea are no problem, what's bad is the short lead and 3 part pole, I replaced these with lead and telescopic pole from my broken vac, also wheels are a bit small it can fall over when you get to the end of that short lead. Inside the vac the air intake is in the shape of a column lowered down into the bucket, this is covered by a 2 tight fitting filters 1 foam and 1 cloth, compared to my previous bagless vacuum which had a pleated plastic filter which needed constant cleaning these look like they will be easier to maintain. Serves my purpose very well - i.e. to clean up a small wood-shop area of lathe chips. I use a wide mouthed pan to collect much of this waste, but wanted a vac that would ideally work without an internal bag to do the bits that scatter in more difficult-to-access areas. I only use the machine with with the hose, open ended - i.e. no attachment fixed to it. The whole thing seems to work very well indeed for this specific job and the collecting container is easily removed using the side clips, and the contents emptied into a black bin bag. Seems very good considering a different brand was said to blow as much dust out of a poorly sealed rear, as it collected through the pick-up hose. Well done,

Only used it twice, once to clean my workshop, and then as a dust extractor for a sheet of MDF. Worked fine in both instances. No frills, one speed. Unlike other reviews the hose is about standard for a modern hose and probably will last as long as vacuums three times its price. Cable is deliberately short, but hey! whats wrong with an extension? One very minor gripe is the tools. The brush is okay but if you add extra tools like the furniture attachment you need to use an aluminium coupler - supplied. That also applies to attaching the hose to a power tool. Seems like a very strange idea.Edit: Forgot to mention the odd dust bag. Never seen a vacuum with such a strange one.

Bought this really to use as a gutter sucker. Its a 35mm diameter pipe would have liked a 38mm but hey all guys dream of more girth right. Got some gutter sucking pipes hooked up 21 foot (so proud of my length). Anyhoes it sucks my gutters a treat. In a world of gutter sucking my pipes are as clean as my internet search history. Okay last bit was a wee bit of a lie. But works fine. The gutter sucking pipes will tend to be 51mm but come with a 38mm reducer. Easy to find a 38mm to 35mm reducer and bobs yet uncle you have gutters waiting to be sucked.If your wife is begging you to sucker her gutters would recommend. Alternatively give a me shout and I'll satisfy her.

I bought this vacuum cleaner because I was moving in to a new house which needed some renovation work doing and also as I have 2 young kids, so I thought a wet a dry vacuum would come in handy.On first use, the suction is great. The plastic attachments are sturdy, but I did find it difficult to hoover the carpeted floor with it as it was sticking to the carpet. The cable is long too.I highly recommend the vacuum bags with this cleaner, otherwise it will be a messy job emptying it.As for the wet suction, I haven't tried it yet, as you need to change the filter first.

It is a well deserved 5 stars, I could have paid hundreds of pounds on a dream product but, this fitted my needs perfectly. I have this running with a cyclone for wood chippings and dust collection while using electrical shop tools. Does exactly what you need, comes on when you switch on the power on the tool, collect the dust until 3 to 5 seconds after you switch the tool off.

Lots of functions and accessories. I suggest to purchase the carton bags if you need to catch dust, sand or small stones (like me cleaning my garage..) or in general dry materials. If you need to catch fluids then you can switch it on and go straight to get the job done. Easy to move thanks to the wheels, easy to clean and provided with 2 filters (spares available).

Just got it today, but already quite impressed from a quick go, and the general feel of it. For anyone else thinking about hooking it up to tools, the supplied hose has a bayonet fitting on the machine end (but a push fit looks like it would work), with inside diameter 53mm. The other end of the supplied hose has internal diameter 35mm and external 39mm.

Used this bad boy on a build site and didn't miss a beat. Very good vacuum for this price range and handles dry and wet with ease. Also essential "auto on" feature where you can plug your power tools directly into the vacuum, makes running a skill or jug saw a pleasure as (most of) the dust and chips get sucked into the vacuum at a push of a button.

Great Vacuum, incredibly powerful and very handy to have the power take off feature. Just plug the tool in and off you go. Does have the added bonus of acting as an extension cord as the vacuum itself has a long power cable. The parts are a little flimsy being plastic but as a plus they are very light.

Outstanding for the price. If you are doing any building work, where a normal vacuum would get blocked, this is the one to get. It keeps sucking very well, even when the bag is so full that it’s heavy to move. It has no problem with sawdust and is very capable of sucking up plaster removed from walls

I use this in my workshop for sawdust ect. It cleans up everything I want it to. It dose fall over a bit as it's very light but in turn that's handy for carrying on the stairs. You can always put a brick or two inside to weigh it down there's loads of room. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Good hoover, love that it needs no bag and you can just empty the cylinder when needed. The only downside is the flimsy, plastic tubing as it’s difficult to hoover a carpeted floor as I keep thinking the tubing is going to bend in half. I’d have used my Henry piping but it’s too small ☹️

have not used the wet aspect of this yet. but it is really powerful. works well on hard flooring. I used another universal attachment for sofa and mats etc and worked well. nice and light. unit does get hot though. one complaint is handle is a bit wobbly and needs frequent tightening
