I first bought Ecco shoes well over 15 years ago ... I have one pair that is at least that old and was my favourite until it started to fall apart. I hoped that this pair would be a good replacement, but two things made me change my mind:- They come up large, but my big toes still pushed through the socks after an hour or so. This is because the 'roof' of the shoe - the bit at the top within the stitched area - is too low and rubs against the toe. The width and length, on the other hand, are generous - perfect if you wear thicker socks or two pairs, but too big if you just want to wear standard socks.- The soles are hard. I could hear them on the pavement. Not as loud as studs, but that sort of noise.

My husband bought a similar pair about 10 years ago which had been relegated to gardening shoes. The new pair are almost identical (how good is it to find something that you’re pretty sure will be comfortable) but the size is slightly larger, which is certainly not a problem. Delivery was rapid. We are very pleased with both the shoes and the service.

Ecco have been selling this particular shoe for a long time now, and it is a quality product, well-designed and comfortable. I was particularly pleased to find that the design of Ecco Track 25 which was slightly altered a couple of years ago has now reverted to the original design which is a perfect fit.

I have had a couple of pairs of these before, they last for about 5years/pair; the soles wear out before the uppers, or even the laces, show any bad signs of wear (so long as you look after them properly.) The fit me perfectly and the quality is top notch, all these together make them worth the price.

Nice pair of walking shoes, but I’m still not sure if worth the price. Being half way to ninety I choose my shoes for practical value rather than fashion. I have owned similar pair of shoes back in 1992. They lasted me four years before soles worn out. Hoping similar result this time.

Great all around shoe. Built tough, strong materials but a little past it. I've been wearing this shoe for work for ages. I keep buying them becuase Ecco makes them in my size. I'm a little dissapointed when I see guys twice my age wearing them.

I could not be happier. Excellent fit, very comfortable and glad I waited for the price to come down. They are worth every penny of the full price but to get these shoes at a reduced price has made me a very happy bunny.

Great shoes - probably my sixth or seventh pair since 2002 and they last for ages, even for a 20+ stone heavyweight! Highly recommended, and worth every penny of the list price, so even better if reduced!

Opened the box tried them on, never took them off all day.for me that says it all, supremely comfortable, no breaking in, lightweight and comfortable as a pair of slippers and definitely waterproof.

I am very happy with my Ecco Track 25 shoes i actually purchased 2 pairs i was very happy with the price and the quick delivery. I purchased two black pairs of the Track 25 over the weekend.

This is the third pair of this style colour i have purchased in the last 15 years Ecco shoes are excellent.The construction and wear quality are very hard to beat.

This is my third pair from Ecco. For some reason size 13 is half the price of size 8.5, I paid £150.00 for my previous pair, but only £78.00 for this pair.

My husband has worn these shoes for years. They are comfortable, fit well and are very longlasting. Excellent all round walking/hiking shoes.

Came in time. The sole was a bit too stiff to me, so hurts a bit. But after a few days I got to use to it, now I am happy with this shoes.

Been buying this Ecco shoe for years and have never dis-appointed, the Track 25 probably best shoe ever made.
