I’ve been recently looking into trying different styes of rums. I asked a good bartender friend of mine and she recommended Copalli Rested Barrel. She mentioned that Copalli is from an unusual locale with an easy to drink, pleasant and inviting style“Cane juice rum from Belize” I had tried a few cane juice rums before and some of them can be a little aggressive the first time you have it. This rum took by surprise as after reading that it has Bourbon Barrel Rested features, my first impression was ‘caramel' both on the nose and palate, very gentle, slightly creamier mouthfeel.Then vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg notes, while leaving the mouth a bit dry after the first sip.I feel good drinking it on his own.

Copalli rums are my favourite - such a great background story and the smoothest taste ever. This one's a little spicier than the original and smooth/flavourful enough to enjoy over ice!

Ticked all the boxes for me, all organic and then barrel rested in bourbon barrels giving you a bold flavor. Tasty stuff!
