As a long term user of these items I was slightly dissapointed that the mechanism for filling was not on this item. My previous filter had a flap which gave easy filling access where as this one has to have the top removed every time. I realise that it is a cheaper version and therefore can only blame myself for going for this item. Otherwise it does the job well.

It’s Good but only annoying thing is you have to remove the whole top cap to fill the water, it would have been better to have a lid which can easily lift with finger like I used to have previous jug
