This USB stick arrived today. The largest I had ever bought before was 2GB and that was several years ago. The reason I bought it was to store my music for a new Sony car stereo. I searched through all of the 64GB memory sticks and then settled on this one, despite having no reviews.Now that it has arrived, I can honestly that I am very pleased. First impressions are that it is very solidly made with a 'Quality tested in Germay' assurance on the packaging. It certainly feels like the 'BMW' of memory sticks.Still, the proof is in the pudding so I connected it to my PC with Windows 7 and it immediately appeared in my Computer 'devices with removable storage'.

The USB is pretty good, the write speeds are around 24 MB/s, with read speeds around 78 MB/s, under the Check Flash 1.16.2 program. These speeds are achievable under general use, but will be determined by the file sizes (multiple small file sizes will be slower). The price is very reasonable for a USB 3.0 device. There are better, faster products out there (at a much higher price tag), but the design (metal swivel cap) means that it is a lot safer than other products and can be placed on a set of keys without risk of damage.
