This Dominator Platinum RGB by Corsair is simply stunning. Aesthetically probably the best on the market.So I had the delivered opened the packaging which is excellent, removed my old Corsair vengeance Ram, and installed these beauties. Powered on the pc, went straight into the Bios to turn on the D.O.C.P ASUS term for XMP. It changed the base frequency instantly from 3000mhz to its rated 3600 MHz, saved the settings and the computer reset with the rated speed working as advertised.The whole process was quicker than making a cup of coffee.I really think Corsair have made an outstanding product with the Dominator platinum RGB, the out of the box light show is Rainbow multi Colour wave,

I'm not a fan of RGB. I had planned on building my PC without any lighting but discovered that the illuminated logo on my GPU cannot be turned off. So I decided to embrace subtle lighting. Corsair iCue is reasonably decent and allows a variety of static lighting options. I decided to mirror the green GPU lighting on all other text and have white for the rest - I really like it. The lighting options on the DIMMs is actually very impressive - it actually looks great rain bowing through the spectrum but that's not what I wanted. I think it looks pretty good even static. It is really bright but dimmable through iCue - I have mine at 10% and that is plenty bright enough. Oh,

Bought to replace another set that did not work with my CPU (Wasn't supported by the Motherboard so caused instability), had no such issue with this, even though it's a tad on the pricey side I'd happily pay for another set when I get round to building a PC for the living room.Since Amazon asked for a "brightness" rating it's not as bright as the RGB Pro RAM but I currently have it at a dull glow at around 10% brightness.

With my recent upgrade, I also had to go from DDR3 to DDR4 RAM and I have it paired with a Ryzen 9 3900X. All in all, I am quite happy with it, even though I had to change the speed in the BIOS from 2133 to 3200MHz. Might have been something related to the BIOS.Also thanks to iCUE I can easily change the colour of the RAM modules. Highly recommended RAM.

Good quality RAM kit, iQue software for the RGB is okay and fortunately I have to put up with it when it comes to my AIO anyhow. Many lighting options for it, if you are into that sort of thing.Paired with my Ryzen 3800X and it seems to work well.

i can manage go up too 3000mhz for me keeps restarting if i go for 3200mhz i got ryzen system asus hero x570 motherboard i fink it's more for intel anyways im happy

I've had Dominator in the past and corsair is a great company for customer service as is Amazon so it was a no brainer I go the 2 x 16gb kit 3200mhz.

Lighting control doesn't work with some motherboard bios versions, check before you buy. Doesn't effect performance though, brill for the money.

Just beautiful, and will make any build look amazing. Also the speeds are good and have Samsung b-die chips. Overclock is easy too.

100 percentile userbench mark these babies oc nicely from 3200mhz to 3600mhz very nice4x8gig better than 2x16gig ic that's why
