Peat, smoke, sweetness, bang! Honey, caramels, very slight vanilla, crème brûlée sometimes as it warms in the glass, with a sugary glaze blowtorched onto the brûlée, perhaps honeycomb. Very impressive nose. Oils, peat and smoke continue. Some fruit like peach perhaps under the spice and smoke. A touch of vanilla and delicate fruitiness, creaminess and something like white grape and maybe biscuit that's sugary. More to come. Very decent. Sweet, sugary indeed and a touch of crème brûlée returns. Still the fruit and dryness of grape and some light caramels and honey.
