The bolts on the bottom plate did not align with the metal plate so it was impossible to secure the basket to the pannier rack. I asked for a replacement which arrived and still didn’t fit- again useless. Basil have a good reputation so I wonder if these are seconds or rejects? I will try a different supplier.
