This is a very spacious cat carrier, so would be perfect for transporting multiple very young kittens or one chunky cat. The quality is pretty good, but assembling it was a bit iffy - I had to take my time to make sure that everything was locked into place carefully, it's not that it's cumbersome, but as my cat grows, I may have to use some extra screws to secure this a little better if he turns out to be a large fella - there are holes for extra screws if needed. The door and handle are sturdy and secure, and the cat seemed comfortable enough too, so overall I'm happy. This looks fun and funky, and I've had a few comments about how good it looks, and people asking where I brought it too.There were two added bonuses fore me. The treat flap, that you can lift up to feed your cat treats or stroke and reassure them. The other is that underneath the other flap is a small convent feeding bowl, so you can water and feed your cat on the go, whether this be short trips to the vet or long trips. What isn't clear from the photos, are that there are two pull away clips with holes in for you to attach a strap to, so if required, you can carry this thing cross body. Honestly, the best cat carrier I've had, and I'd buy it again without a doubt.....

Great pet carrier. Good quality compared to some cheap carriers you get. We've had ours for over a year now and its still going strong having seen our cat through half a dozen pet and cattery visits (Bought it in a hurry after an emergency pet visit with the cat in a fabric tote type carrier - the cat escaped three times in the vets car on the way to the hospital!! We were told in no uncertain terms it was time to buy a different carrier... oops!).The flap at the top is useful to be able to reach in and touch your pet, though I get the feeling its more for my benefit than hers!! Also the method of opening the door is nice, its a nice big pull-up button type thing which is quite easy to operate (I get sore hands sometimes).The only drawback I can see is that if you have a reluctant cat then having a front opening can be a bit tricky getting them in and out, but thats a universal issue with all of these types of carriers.The "small" is fairly small. Our cat is probably on the smaller side but still fits ok (think small-ish UK domestic cat) but I think if she were to be much bigger I'd probably want the next size up for my peace of mind. The smaller size does make it easier to carry though and not too heavy.

Brought to transport two chinchillas even though it's meant for cats due to the large amounts of ventilation and low price.The bars are made of metal and are study, with the locking mechanism being a case of pull the handle upwards, something that little paws couldn't manage and something which won't come lose if the carrier is knocked..A little bit more fiddly than other carriers I've put together- in part to it being slightly thinner plastic. Some lose bits of plastic left that needed cutting off, but the assembly instructions were clear. Bit disappointed that there were a few scuff marks on the top, but only cosmetic.The top has a flap for stroking the animal (or feeding them treats)and a flap which holds the food and drink bowls when not in use- a clever idea.The carrier is well balanced when empty and is lightweight. The handle is sturdy and doesn't feel like it's going to break off. For whatever reason having it in white has meant that the furry friends aren't as keen to chew it, and are a lot happier running in and out of it.For the price it's a decent buy, I just wish it was made of plastic a bit thicker than it is.

I bought this for two farm kittens I have recently adopted. I was pleased to find it very straightforward to put together, the fold down clips snap shut quite firmly enough for me; although if you are transporting your pets on a serious journey, extra screws are required to completely lock it shut. The door is simple to click closed too, with a strong post that slots into place easily.Funnily enough the little kits have adopted it as their safe sleeping place of choice, despite being offered several other soft and comfy set ups. They enjoy looking out through all the grills and spaces.I really like it being white, somehow it looks more friendly and less utilitarian, and the tiger decorations are fun.I can carry it happily, it's great to be able to reach in and comfort the animals as you wait for attention in the vet, say. The little water and food trays are a thoughtful touch too.Altogether this is a jolly good buy, I expect it to last for years, all it needs is a quick wipe down, no sharp edges or dirt traps, all is smooth and clean. I am delighted to have chosen it.

Wow my cats love this...they actually go in it themselves, I usually have to struggle to get them in any cat carrier. I have three cats and bought one medium and one large, put them one on top ogf the other in my bedroom to dismantle to store away...my three cats fight over these to sleep in, could not believe my eyes. I think it's due to the clever design of the Cats/Dogs being able to see through not at all clostraphobic, plus you can see your pet too at any angle. Looks like I will have to buy a small one for my littlest cat, even though she has her own whicker one! If you have trouble with getting your cat in a carrier I would highly recommend trying this one!!!I now feel reassured that when driving down to Cornwall for Holidays my three Cats won't mind the five hour jouney now,plus they will be able to see each other now due to that clever design!!!

Bought this pet carrier originally set out on the look for a larger one, see this purchased because of the design..Got it.. LOVE IT!! Ideal size for both my kitten to sleep in and my chihuahuas to travel to vets in. Lovely quality and so nice to have something that little bit different in the waiting room without embrassing your selelf!! Brilliant idea of the top open hatch, nice feature of the hanging on bowls (Although small but does the job) Nice and sturdy with a durable lock that you know wont snap or lose a bit!! So glad i purchased and in the future will only purchase these "Catit" carriers. Personally the black box seemed to give my animals a more calm area to be in aswell

Its a very good cat carrier, i cant comment for dogs as i dont have one! The only thing i would say is it is a bit on the large side compared to most cats really. Its nice to have room and not have the cat crammed in but maybe just an inch or so or each end would have been perfect. Other than slight oversize, it is a good carrier. Easily put together and a nice door at the top to be able to either pop the given food tray in, or just to allow you to stroke! My cat REALLY doesnt like change but i could get her in it and keep her calm to the vets fine, and though i hate to see her distressed the small roof door allowed me to at least keep physical contact with her!

I am so pleased with that carrier. We bought carrier to take rats for a journey back to our county that will take couple of days (since we can't go by plane, airlines don't let us take rats even in cargo). Carrier is big enough for our 2 adult boys, who are also chubby. Boys loved that carrier from first day I set it up, maybe because it's dark inside. Carrier came in the good condition and very quick. I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived on Monday, before set delivery time.So far I used it for a vet trip and all went great.It is also very easy to put together and looks great!Thank you.

When I first receive this I thought the component parts were a little bit flimsy, it's a little bit fiddly to put together and work out how the door goes on but once it's all together it is a very sturdy and secure little box.This is quite a good sized box although so for long travelling it is more suitable for a small Cat not a large male. The door is sturdy steel mesh easy to close and very secure with a padlock tab (padlock not included).In all I am very pleased with it my cat's may have a different opinion though.

Bought for my British Shorthair cats. The product is good for trips in the car (distance dependent) or to the vet. very secure and robust although would benefit from further security around fastening with seat belts for transfer. My cats don't protest about being in them and both (quite stocky cats) fit well in them although as they grow I may need a larger one for each. I find the white colour makes it quite a light and airy carrier which is probably why my cats don't protest at being in it.

Got this to travel with my Mini Lop Rabbit - it's just about big enough for her. I leave it out without the door on, on a day-to-day basis in the house and she likes to hop in and out of it and sleep inside it! It's handy that it's got a little clip on food tray, and if you're not using that you can leave it behind and have a little place to put things! I love the "petting" hatch as well! Overall, really good, sturdy and basically just does what it says on the tin - which is what you want!

Came flat packed, easy put together in a couple of mins, only down side, has screw holes for extra strength but no screws supplied, although to be fair, they do say this on the instructions.Cat loves it not, he hates going in box but this is better than last one, the flap at top is great as I could put my hand in and stroke him, this calmed him down, so great feature, also washable to, easily, as he messes on any small journey! Hose time xxx

Great little carrier but not sufficient for a cat weighing > 4.5kg.Not especially easy to dismantle if you have a cat that is not keen on exiting said carrier when arriving at the vet. I found the best way is to pick the box up, hold it vertically, and the cat will hopefully 'pour' out. Not pretty but fairly effective. Don't be tempted to put your hands in the carrier to remove the cat for risk of losing skin / fingers.

Relatively simple to put together if you follow instructions. Feels like pretty cheap plastic though. Wouldn't use for heavier or multiple pets.The door lever is a bit stiff and not easy to open and close, but at least my cat will never escape I guess!More than enough room for my large breed kitten for vet trips. Probably suitable for one adult kitten, small dog/puppy, rabbit or guinea pigs for short trips.

Absolutely love this cat carrier! Good and spacious size, my cat was quite comfortable in this carrier and wasn't squashed in. Good features on it such as the feeder bowls that come with it and that you can lift a bit of it up to stroke your cat inside. Love the design on the carrier as well, makes it look stylish!I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to take their cat out in style :)
