I bought a pair of AKU Bellamont 2 shoes a couple of years ago and wore them to their destruction in very challenging environments; Middle East gritty sandy and rocky conditions to wet and rugged Falkland Islands. I found them hard-wearing and comfortable and I really did put them through the mill. I rated them so much that I have bought this new pair exactly the same to replace the ones I had. Just a word of caution, I found that they are slightly slimmer than some other manufacturers but I found that going up a size gave me the room I needed for my wider foot. I am considering purchasing an additional pair to keep in the cupboard for when I eventually wear these ones out!

Very tough shoes, waterproof, and very good-looking. Quite convenient. The sole has an excellent grip of the ground. Con - the sole wears down faster then the shoe itself. Don't know what to do when the tread pattern becomes flat.
