I am very pleased with this—and the cutlery attachment—now I have worked out how to assemble it. I nearly gave up. The product comes in four pieces and is not the one shown in the pictures. The problem comes when holding the three upper tier pieces and trying to join them to the bottom piece. You need to remove the plastic feet on the two arched side pieces (of the upper tier) and then put these legs (it helps if two people do a side each) into and through (just enough to jam them) the gaps on the lower tier (as shown). Once secure, you can replace the plastic feet. The drainer then becomes very sturdy as tension holds it together. If you have purchased the cutlery attachment,

There were quality problems for my first two orders. Had to exchange it twice. The upper tier wasn't level with the bottom tier in both instances. Not sure if this is a shipping issue, or if it's a quality control or manufacturing problem. Was as if I was getting b-grade factory-seconds. Third order was much better than the first two, but it still had the same problem. Fortunately, it was tolerable enough, and I was tired of the exchange process, so I just kept it. Product itself is good, but the top tier can only securely hold flat plates, not stuff like bowls.

This is a very smart, sturdy and very robust dish drainer. This was purchased as old plastic one needed replacing, so decided to go for this one in the same brand. This can hold a large volume of dishes and cups, love the depth from the sink base to the draining board as this allows sufficient space to allow the water to drip off (unlike my old one which did not have this depth of spacing). All in all, very pleased indeed with this item and is easy to clean as we live in a hard water area and looks very smart too!Mrs.Ed.

Have tried for months to find a decent dish drainer that would fit my fairly small draining area but at the same time would fit all my crockery, pans etc., The solution was the Addis 2-tier drainer. What a find! And the bonus was finding that all the plate slots were slightly slanted to allow a perfect fit for plates, big and small. Most drainers have the slots upright which is quite useless. Well done to Addis for a common sense design for something most people have to use every day. Highly recommended.

Im impressed with the seller. First drainer didn't arrive via Amazon. After leaving a negative review the seller got in touch & one arrived in a couple of days via Royal Mail. I'm very pleased with it so far. It's exactly what I wanted. Reputable name, ADDIS, so I'm hoping its good quality stainless steel. It's sturdy with rubber cups on each foot. Because it's stainless steel I'm hoping it won't rust, but I'm a little concerned after reading some reviews. Overall I'm happy & it looks good in my kitchen.

Very happy with this rack as it has two levels which has tripled the space I had before for the dishes. It is ready to use when it arrives and has no moving parts. Very sturdy and easy to wipe underneath with a little lift from front. The only con I found that all bits and bobs like jar or bottle lids tend to go through it as there is no space with a little more dense grid, but this is very minor. I think it will last with me as long as I need it as it is good quality stainless steel.

I was tired of repeatedly cleaning grubby old plastic dish drainers with little to no success.Bought this as it looked really easy to keep clean.It looks great on the draining board and is very easy to keep clean. Very practical two layer system, although I have discovered that wineglasses will only fit on the non-layered side... I've had it 6 months now and there does look to be a tiny bit of rust/discolouration if you look at the underneath but otherwise still looks new.

I held back on my review as I wanted to give it a good trial but I have not been disappointed. I was initially concerned that due to the design the rack would topple over however even with a heavy wooden chopping board on the top layer it remains stable. I can fit lots of washing up on with the two tiers.I am very happy with this item and hope that it is rustproof as it claims to be.Thank you

I read reviews saying doesnt hold plates steady, i decided to purchase anyway, holds my plates steady, and perfectly well, very sturdy and robust rack. Can position it side ways or length ways on draining board. It appealed as says rust proof and replacing my one that was not. I didnt give 5 stars due to instructions of assembly badly explained, took me long time to figure it out, almost gave up.

For the space it occupies, this draining rack takes a lot of dishes and pans. The top rack will take round plates of any size and square/rectangular plates of up to 20 cm (8 inches) along one side. Larger square/rectangular plates should fit if at an angle. It is a pity the rack is not supplied with a cutlery holder, but one can be hung from the horizontal bar on the upper drainer.

Bought this to replace my last one which snapped. Pleased to note Addis has changed the design so that the top dish rack slots into the bottom one rather than welding the metal together like the previous version. This is much more hardy. Best design for those who wash lots of dishes in one go as you can fit all your crockery and pans, chopping boards and Tupperware on it in one go

Really a good product. The design of it and its measurements are really thoughtful and clever. It is a small rack yet it holds a lot. Just what I needed. Two minor issues the pasta plates do not stand in the top section and must be put at the bottom and lids and small items may fall between the racks but that is to be expected. I am happy with my purchase! Very compact in size.

I absolutely love this dish drainer! It doesn't look big on the pictures but it fits a lot of plates and eapecially mugs! I will upload photos to show you! I was worried it wouldn't fit in the space I had but it does! I used to have a plastic one which was one level and looked bigger but it used to gather so much gunk underneath! YUCK! Love this and I hope it doesn't rust!

I needed a lot of draining capability of which does not take up too much space, and this little gem is perfect. Firstly it is stable, very stable which is generally not the case when you purchase two tier draining racks. This is brilliant, plates fit, it keeps its shape, it does not tip and it takes little room. Plus it looks great. Very pleased and totally recommend...

Great quality product, very sturdy. Long and narrow so can fit an additional container on the draining board for draining cutlery. Only con I can think of is its difficult to know where to put bowls as they tend to balance over the edge and I have nearly knocked them off a couple of times, but this is most likely user error. Great item
