I have two of these now, I installed it myself which was simple. It gives a good output, the fan is a little noisy but you get used to it, I love having a thermostat on it, the first one didn't have one so it has been improved. My room warms up very quickly and it is not too expensive to run, about 18pence an hour on 2Kw! Great for a recycled teenager!!

Beside the light not giving the fire effect as shown on the picture, the fire is fairly easy to structure and works as well as you would hope. The small stones that come with the product are a great little addition to the product and makes it look very stylish

Good value 2Kw heater, not as noisy as some make out, looks good, no complaints, yahoo potato.
