The first tin I tried to open was a Thai Bamboo Shoots product for the Chef in our kitchen. The blade got caught in the can and we were unable to open or free the can. We had to dismantle the blade in situ and then extract with a pair of pliers. Eventually we got it free. After re-assembling the opener, it's been fine.

Bench mounted tin opener capable of opening even catering sized tins quickly and easily. Perfect for a start up kitchen. Seems at first look to be expensive but has lasted far longer than hand held openers so has saved money in the long run.
