Expected it to be thick, but its thin. but who cares, it works exceptionally well.Its expensive for sure, but very sharp edges do effortless cutting. be extremely cautious, keep your eyes open and senses alive while using. Mistakes or carelessness while using could result in substantial injuries because these knives are extremely sharp. One star less for lesser thickness. Thickness would have given even more premium feel.

I literally purred in delight! The bread knife though small and narrow does a great job slicing hard breads too. I bought this for carrying on road trips as I wouldn’t want a large chef knife at such times.The peeler is yet to be used. I use most vegetables with skin so I will not be using it much.The smaller knife is sharp and smooth.Highly recommended. Be careful while using as it is really sharp.

Just mildly annoyed, when I specifically ordered for black colour handles, some bright spark over there sent me red handle knives. Either, careless or colour blind? Tough call.Victorinox is a trusted name for us professional chefs. No problem with the blade and everything else. Recommended.

These are a great addition to my knife block which however is Victorinox. These knives aren't quite as substantial as the knives that I've already got but they are well made and incredibly sharp. The vegetable peeler is superb. I'm very pleased with these.

Be careful. Super sharp.Will eventually need sharpening just like any other knife depending on the use case.If you regularly cut relatively tough vegetable, the blade will become dull.For soft items like onion or potatoes, it will last the longest.

These are the best kitchen knives, I am a professional Chef & use knives made by victorinox but those are bigger knives. For our regular kitchen use this knife set is excellent both me & my wife enjoy cutting work in kitchen with Victorinox knife set.

I have used Victorinox knives for years.In my opinion they are the best and not too expensive.Be careful.They are sharp.I never put them in cutlery drawer for safety. All of my victorinox knives are on a magnetic wall strip.Hope this helps.

I knew these knives were sharp, but wow, I was actually nicely surprised how perfectly sharp these lives are. Absolutely amazing and easy and age to use. I could throw away all my kitchen knives but this set! Definitely worth buying.

I have purchased Victorinox knifes for years. They are lightweight and very sharp, they do the job perfectly for me. They represent good value for money and I would buy again...

I love Victoriox, it never dissapoints me. As a pastry chef I am definatly recommend this set, it's a must have and if you have this set you pretty much can do everything.

Super sharp knifes and peeler ,it reduces our effort but only small disappointment is handle thickness,need more big size handle will give more steady while cutting

If you've used this brand of knife before you will know it is of great quality. Very handy for chopping fruits and is handy to have in the kitchen.
