Can be worn belt-less since waist band has stretchy sections, not velcro like the description says. Legs can be rolled up and strapped in for a 3/4 length (looks bad, works well). More comfortable than the zip/off versions like Skomer. Material is light and nice for warmer days but I still find myself buying shorts for the tropical summer. Front hip pocket is smaller than in your average pants and right side has a hidden zipper pocket that is big enough for an iphone 5, but not a 6. Side pockets are large enough for a 6 and a wallet. There are two back pockets with velcro flaps not zippers like the description says. The black colourway is lighter than a true black but darker than charcoal grey.

best warehouse deal of this year for me, I was slightly worried as one customer had said size 50 was extremely small and being a medium sized brit I was thinking of handing it over to my young nephew etc but knowing 50 basically is a british medium I gave it a punt. delivered on time and the vaude quality shone through once again really nice design, cut and material quality, fantastic glad I chanced it.
