I was looking for a specific bourbon I had previously tried and thought I had found it here - Sonoma County West of Kentucky Bourbon - as pictured. However upon delivery it was a different bottle - to be fair it matched the written description on amazon, but not the picture. I was disappointed, however the seller - Dram Good Drink - offered great customer service and resolved the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. (In hindsight, in the small print they do have a note saying sometimes amazon may display an incorrect image but the description will be correct - useful info). I would buy from them again given their excellent customer service. I look forward to trying the bourbon!
