May I just say that I agree with other reviewers here regarding their comments vis a vis the slendertone system, however, from my experieince, whilst the system is good, the pads only last around a month before they start to wear. It may be because I am hirsute and I realise that most of the reviewers on this product are probably not, as they are all ladies, however, after a month, I notice that they do get quite worn. I am fortunate in that I have been able to acquire some gel from work, which we use with patients to undertake medical tests (I purchase it from them), which extends the life of the pads for a week or so, but ultimately becomes a bit messy and so I purchase replacements.I suppose at just under £9.00 a month for a toned up abdomen,

I really feel that EMS works as it does contract muscles that can be hard to reach, I must say as a Personal Trainer that nothing will replace a good exercise regime and a healthy balance diet. Now speaking of contracting muscles this machine and these pads , (which are the most important part in my opinion) really do give lots of muscle contractions and you will definitely notice a difference in muscle tone within a few weeks but it comes down to getting rid of the surface fat to really notice a difference and that means diet and exercise.Now I tend to use these a lot in the run up to summer or holiday and they are a godsend as I get better definition in areas that are hard to reach.Just remember they are an aid to a goal and not a solution and you will not go far wrong.Ok so the pads,

I bought the Slendertone System Abs about a month ago and have noticed a difference already, I must admit I have not been using it as much as I should, but would highly recommend it, I had my children (two boys) 11 years ago now but have still the "mummy belly" which I do not think will ever go unless I have surgery to remove it, which I can't afford and am too squeemish, but the Slendetone Abs have reduced my waist measurement by 1 inch already and I will use the replacement pads i bought from Amazon, they have lasted just over 20 times (I have been keeping a record in the book as suggested and there are more gaps than there should be!)

These pads really do need to be replaced every month or so in order to really get the benefits. I put this done to the connection it makes with the skin and I have found that as I have some hair on my lower abdominals that pad tends to go first. These pads are perfect for your Slendertone abs unit and very cheap on amazon compared to other retailers. Firstly I can thoroughly recommend the Slendertone abs unit and these high quality pads as I have been pleased with the results I have seen so far.Included in this set is one square and two oval pads. One tip for making your pads last longer is by wiping them with baby wipes.Overall a great quality genuine set of pads that I will definitely be purchasing again when I next need a replacement.

Had this belt since they came out, this has to be second time i have swapped the pads but then i don't use it regularly. I use i about 2 times a week when training.The pads are same thickness as one that came off.They have not fallen on and have stuck to belt as expected.Ahesion to body is great and pulses are litte stronger but belt isn't going to change just because of pads so really its the same but the pads aren't falling off when taking belt off :)

These pads were ordered for my wife on Friday afternoon, as a Prime user and they arrived on Saturday afternoon (within 24 hours). Excellent delivery service. My wife has had bought her Slendertone ABs belt brand new for just under a year and these replacement pads are the same as what came with her belt. They fit and do the job. I'll be keeping this order as a repeat order for when needing replacement. Excellent service and product at a great value price.

I have just bought these replacement pads to go with my abs trainer and they work just great, they are realy comfortable to use and they have lasted a month already and i am using them nearly every day so far that's five days out of seven.As the official Slendertone pads you would expect them to be of a good quality and they are, i can reccomend them if you want to get the fully effect of your abs training belt.

These are genuine slendertone pads cheaper than all shops i checked, including argos!!Are EXACTLY the same pads i have previously purchased from slendertone direct - even down to the packaging, dont spend anymore than you have to.Fast delivery and overall I am very happy with my purchase.I will continue to buy all future ones, as long as they stay the same price of course, from here :)xx

Slightly thinner than the original pads fitted to my Slendertone , Very sticky front surface that doesn't leave residue on the skin when removed,but do tend to come away from the belt and remain on skin when removing belt after use but it is no problem to reattach to positions ready for reuse They conduct well and i will buy again when these are exhausted . Arrived next day as promised

Great genuine replacement pads, giving the machine a new lease of life, they need to be changed every couple of months after daily use, however used in conjunction with the slender tone belt do truly make a difference to a more defined stronger stomach. Persistence is the the key and expect to buy every couple of months to ensure the quality does not drop

This product works excellently. I had a frozen shoulder and after two applications for a period of 20 minutes the problem was solved. I also had a trapped berve in my left leg or it could have been sciatica which was ver painfull. After two or three applications of approx 309 minutes the problem was soilved. Excellent product and it has my full backing.

These are thinner and stickier than the ones provided with the slendertone belt, which mean that they prefer to stay on my skin when I remove the belt. However the function seems to remain the same and the belt still works fine, so for the price I can't complain about the additional 5 seconds in which I have to unstick myself as well

Brilliant Service - I have had a Slendertone for about 3 years and really think is is good and keeps you toned- the only problem is if the the pads are wearing a little the machine will not work . it is not easy always to get the pad and these are brilliant - arrived immediately and was really pleased with their service

I purchased the slendertone abs and the replacement pads as I was suffering with an injury which meant I could not weight bear and thus could not undertake any excercises. I have been very pleased with the results of toning of abdominal muscles. I was not certain the product would work but was pleased with the result.
