This is the system controller here, not the belt. It's the device that controls multiple garments and that alone makes it great. It's my second controller. I got the first one 5 and a half years ago and used it near enough every day or every other day so it lasted a long time. This one has been slightly updated but it's got the same programmes on it, such as 20mins or 30mins in duration. It couldn't be simpler to use - just connect to the garment, turn it on and up it to the desired intensity. You can pause the programme at any time and it has a running countdown on the display of how long is left. It's quick to charge and the battery lasts for several uses, I would say up to 14 hours between charges.

Nice looking central unit. Base to any garments you buy. Battery lasts many sessions. Easy to use.Ensure you buy a genuine controller as I purchased from a 3rd party seller on Amazon and after problems I called Slendertone and it turned out to be a fake. So for me I'd only ever buy Slendertone stuff direct from Amazon. I've purchased the arms and ab belt to go with this and they are both fantastic to keep the muscle tone up and both have actually built extra muscle which I didn't expect. Would recommend.

although obviously you pay a premium for next day delivery....Item was well packaged, and I'm using it although I would say that the connecting pieces from the controller to the arm connectors are flimsy, would be very easy to bend or snap one of the filaments. Apart from that, it's okay I guess. Will review again in 6 weeks time to let you know if it has done what it says in the product information and toned my arms up.

Product arrived promptly and it's much cheaper than Argos so far so good..the contractions on the arm very strong so not certian how itr would be for someone who does not work out...I use it in addition to attending the gym.Early days yet but so far so good.May purchase the abs belt to use with the controller.

Works well and does what it is supposed to. Initially I was annoyed that we had to purchase an additional system to the individual products, however, I have saved lots of money on batteries and I only have to charge one unit so it is not too bad after all.

I haven't used it to the full power yet. I just wish I could find the tummy belt on its own so I could switch from the bottom toning shorts to the abdomen with the same controller.

WOW it really DOES WORK, i love this product. its got lots of functions on it, but it would be a better product if you could put your own music on it so that you wont get bored.

This unit works well with the pants and the belt no need to use batteries it just plugs in to the wall socket, takes 20 min to charge up and you have 3 full 30 min treatments.

Bought this as a backup to my existing unit, would be lost without one should it break down. Now I can use the abs system at the same time as the bottom!

highly adaptable to all slendertone products - mine is part of my daily routine whilst applying make up! definite toning enhancer to regular exercise.

I have been using this system for approximately 3 weeks and am really starting to see and feel the difference. I also find it very therapeutic.

Came with crack on casing cosmetic but still works too much hassle to return be mindful this item is none returnable when you order

Works well with all slendertone products, plenty of refurbished products out there but decided to buy new, for safety.Great value

Excellent charger and controller. Really enjoyed the new way to plug in to charge. It makes charging much faster than before.
