I have suffered with Stress/Urge Incontinence for over 20 years, and kept putting off doing anything about it until now. After spending a fortune on Tena pads and most of my time in the Loo, I decided I needed to get this problem sorted out!I read all the reviews, and initially was undecided about Incostress or the TensCare iTouch, but the reviews for Tenscare iTouch seemed very encouraging so I finially decided on that.I started off slowly (as suggested by other reviews) and within 3 days I had started to notice a difference, particularly with the Urge Incontinence. Now several weeks on, going to the Loo has become far less of an issue than before and I can go hours now without wanting to

I’ve been using this for only one week and it’s unbelievable how quickly it’s had effect. I’m a 52 year old disabled lady, I’ve had three large babies by natural birth and have been bed bound for two years and very immobile for 10 years, so I’m sure you can imagine the scale of muscle atrophy throughout my body! I could feel that my vaginal/pelvic floor muscles were badly effected, I couldn’t hold my pee and have had several accidents. After just one week I can feel quite a remarkable improvement. I am using it on the highest setting I can handle and also using it several times a day (bit of a crash course going on!) after so long being trapped in bed to now being able to start rebuilding my life,

Love this machine, instructions not great when putting it together but can watch on you tube for further instructions.I suffer with very week bladder, literally gushing before I could reach the loo!!Use this 20 mins daily,I find mixed mode works best for me but be careful not to have it up too high to start with, increase gradually as pulse at last stages is very strong almost jumped out my seat when I first used it, wasnt expecting that strength... Think power drill x5!!!!... And never remove whilst still switched on as feels like electric shock!!All that said, it does really work, I noticed difference after nearly a week of use.I can now walk freely to my loo without the heavy trickles!!!Outside home have noticed improvement too,

I purchased this as I was getting out to the toilet most nights and was having disturbed sleep. I realised that I had to turn it up quite high to feel it working (not sure if this is a good or bad thing!) and I now have it at the highest level. It takes a bit of getting used to but I can now use it and carry on with things. I suggest holding it in place for around a minute so your muscles can contract around it before leaving it to work. I've only been using it for around a month but felt a difference after a couple of weeks, less waking for the loo in the night. Its also useful for enhancing things in the bedroom department; I didn't think I had any issue there but since using it I have noticed a difference!

As a year long taker of prescribed medication (which was doing absolutely nothing for me) I researched and decided to try this. I did not want to spend too much , as might prove to be a waste of money! But wow what results. After just three weeks I was not having to get up at night. Five weeks further along and no urge or stress problems (which I have had for 10+ years). I’m not going to lie the thought of using an anal probe was daunting, to say the least, but honestly it is no more than a discomfort at worst. After one months use I informed my GP that I was stopping the medication as it was already clear to me that THIS ACTUALLY WORKS.

After the birth of my third child I was looking for a pelvic floor toner and read all the reviews on this one before buying. At only 27 I was leaking after coughing, sneezing, running etc so I knew I had to do something, I was very embarrassed to talk to my husband about it. After the first use I felt different, after 3 days, believe it or not, I wasn't leaking anymore, and I have been leak -free for 2 weeks now. It's amazing, I even bounced on the trampoline with our children the other day, something I've not been able to do for 3 years. I feel so much more confident and I continue to use it daily on the stress and tone programme. I wish I'd bought it years ago, it really has changed my life,

I was skeptic about this product but feeling desperate about my incontinence and needing pads ..first just when exercising but becoming more leaky as time went on. The pads needed for running were getting progressively larger??♀️and I was feeling rubbish. Went to dr and told I have small prolapse front and back. Waiting for hospital appointment... who knows how long the wait will be with the current Covid-19 situation so decided to get this to try. I am using every day and am a couple of weeks in.... still need a pad for running ??♀️ but at the end of the run not as wet? I no longer need to visit bathroom in the night ...this is actually working ...and hubby is very happy ?

I took a months out (roughly) before posting this review.The delivery was very quick and discrete. The packaging was not wasteful which is a plus for me.All the 'parts' were present as well as a quick start manual and a proper manual.The insertion device is a nice size. Neither to big nor to small. I do not use lubrication as my nurse suggested against that.It took a while to find my starting level and it felt quite weird to begin with but after a week of using it daily I can honestly say I noticed a difference.I've been using it on and off since then (just purely as I work shifts so I forget sometimes) but my stress related peeing has almost completely gone!!!

This little machine is fantastic! It has given me a whole new lease of life!The problem of female in continence is largely not talked about and it is not confined to the middle aged and menopausal, in truth once you have carried another human being inside you treating your pelvic floor like a trampoline age is no barrier to this issue.Within a few days of using this product I had a massive noticeable changeOutings were no longer routed by were the nearest loo was, massive pads that add to the weekly shopping bill were banished and a shift at work was not interrupted by trips to the loo.I can cough sneeze and exercise again in a way I haven't been able to for years!I just wish I'd got one

At 58 I've only recently come to realise, through newspaper articles, that the symptoms this exerciser addresses are not 'normal' 'age' experiences that I had to put up with as a 'fact of life'! This item is excellent value for money for its purpose and price! The accompanying booklet explains everything you need to know about what continence/ pelvic floor stresses are about and how the item works to address these, in easy to understand terms and language making the variable 'tones', 'pulses' and timings so easy and comfortable to use. I wished I known about this kind of product - and this particular item - ages ago! No more 'Tenna moments'! No more pads! YAY!

This gadget works!!After just a few weeks I have seen a real improvement, I chose it after reading other reviews about its benefits and can say it hasnt disappointed, I use it every night for 20 mins on the stress program, and quickly got up to the maximum strength and although it can feel uncomfortable at first, I quickly forget its there and can read a few pages of my book while it works its magic, the only criticism, is that the instructions could be better and doesn't suggest the best position for you to be in but i guess thats for individuals to discover.I would definitely recommend this.

Tried the exercises recommended by the physio, and been on tablets neither of which made any difference. Was becoming very difficult to continue with sport. Doctor mentioned this machine so I researched them and on good reviews purchased this one.Best decision ever made, use each night before bed and made a huge difference within a month. Only takes 20mins so not intrusive but is definitely working.Only used the stress programming so far and will continue for several more weeks and then maybe give the mixed program a try.If you are struggling with this issue I would highly recommend this

When I opened the package my first thought was that it didn't look much for the money. What did I expect I ask myself. The instruction booklet was very informative and easy to understand. I used the item once and was very pleased to see that I had been doing the pelvic floor exercises right all along. I've now put it away in a drawer as I don't need it. I can continue with confidence knowing that I am doing the exercises correctly. After making a concerted effort for daily exercises for little over a week I can already see an improvement. What price peace of mind - money well spent!

This does work, start slowly as it recommends to avoid strain. I now use full strength and max power. I use this for 90 mins in bed, I tend to fall asleep whilst it does all the work for me! The difference has been noticed by myself (and my partner ;) ) its something you have to keep using to see results its not an over night fix but within 2 weeks of using every day for 20mins you will definitely see results!

For anyone with pelvic floor problems, this little machine, certainly firms up the pelvic muscles.It is half the price of other machines but does exactly the same as them. Why pay more when you can buy this and improve the problem, of a weak bladder, and other problems that this condition causes, With more control, over your body, you will be wondering why you didn't purchase this machine long ago..
