This Revitive Medic Circulation Booster features 15 stimulation waveforms, a 20 degree Isorocker, built in timer and remote control - this latest version is more a case of evolution rather than revolution in design. My understanding in layman's terms is that the circulation booster works by applying safe, electrical waves to your feet/ankles/lower legs to improve circulation. As a Type 2 diabetic I’ve used a Revitive Circulation Booster regularly for several years now. This is a certified medical device and you should check that it is suitable for you by visiting the Revitive website and, if necessary, consulting your doctor. Also, if you meet certain criteria (which are defined on the Revitive website)you may be eligible to claim back the VAT if you buy this product. The build quality of the machine looks and feels good meaning it should last many years. The circulation booster is essentially a platform with rubber footplates which apart from the electric stimulation you can rock backwards and forwards thanks to the Isorocker moulding underneath which helps exercise your ankles. You select an intensity (there are 99 levels) for the treatment and a suitable duration, which, for many people is 30 minutes a day. Both the remote and LED display on the machine feature largish characters and are easy to see/use plus the unit itself has large controls that you can operate with your feetYou place your feet on the rubber pads and the sensation takes a bit of getting used to - it's a sort of mild fizzing which can cause involuntary movement of the muscles in your feet and ankles which is strange at first but not painful or unpleasant. The idea behind the 15 waveforms (which are pre-determined) is that they prevent your muscles from getting used to a single pattern – to me this is an improvement on earlier models. The size of the footplates should accommodate the largest feet.In terms of personal benefits this machine has reduced ankle swelling and I believe made my feet less problematic thanks to better circulation – I notice I don’t tend to get cracked skin etc. I like the fact that this version is rechargeable and cordless in use, it means I’m more likely to use it as you can use it almost anywhere. There are currently 3 models of Revitive Boosters available and I'd check the website to see which is best for you. Also, it's worth checking the Revitive website as sometimes there are advantageous bundle deals to be had. Revitive offer a 2 year warranty and 60 day trial period.Overall, this Revitive Circulation booster seems to work really well for me and I wouldn't be without one – I say this having used one over the long term. Remember though to check that the machine is suitable for your medical condition before buying one. Finally, the thing I like about the Revitive brand is that they have dedicated UK based support available.

This is the second model of this product that we've tried from this brand, and tbh, even the last was fine for me as a type2 diabetic (I checked with the company), and I can't really see much difference to this one. It's really easy to use, and this model CAN be used both plugged into the mains and cordless. It comes with a remote control and 2 AAA batteries, and all you do is either wait for it to charge and use cordless, or plug in and use immediately. Simply set it flat and either choose to have it in rocking position, so that you can move your feet during a workout, or use the footrest underneath to steady it and use it in fixed position. The controller allows you to increase decrease time and also sets the intensity. It's not at all unpleasant, but if you're not used to this, you can occasionally have knee jerks, so I would recommend starting at around 20 and work your way up. 30 mins at time is sufficient for me to find that the swelling in my legs goes down. With a disinfectant wipe, this can be used by any number of people. It also comes with 2 pads and another set of leads, allowing the appliance to be used as a TENS machine, to ease muscle pain and fatigue. My husband has damaged discs in his back, which cause pain and cause his legs to spasm, and this provides immediate relief. Pads cannot be shared for hygiene reasons, obviously, but a replacement pack of 4 is around the ten quid mark, and they last a fair while, as long as you take care to protect the adhesive part after use each time. Finally, my son's a teacher who's on his feet some 15hrs a day, and he uses this at home after his shower, to relax and rest. This is a great product that can be used by the whole family, as long as it's wiped in between users.P.SThis model is approved by a consultant vascular surgeon, Professor Jonathan Beard (Sheffield NHS Teaching Hospital, and Professor of Surgical Education at the Royal College of Surgeons) which I am especially pleased about, as my husband has been diagnosed with vascular and neuropathy conditions, which this appliance is greatly relieving. It comes with a 2yr warranty, which can be registered via the REVITIVE website, or by post.

Very easy to set up. The unit comes with an adapter which charges it so it can be used wirelessly (great if you don't have a plug socket near a chair it couch). The remote is a nice touch - not having to bend down is a blessing fir this'd with limited mobility. My mum has type 2 diabetes (controlled with metformin), fibromyalgia and limited mobility, her legs bother her every day as she can't get about and they keep her awake at night with excruciating pain. I myself do a lot of cardio on exercise bikes, treadmills and elliptical trainers so I do get aches and occasional restless keg so these units help us both tremendously.Out last circulation booster didn't feel a quarter as powerful as thisone - the last you couldn't feel the electrical stimulation but on this even on low settings you do feel it quite intensely.Mum gave it a try yesterday evening on setting 28 for about half an hour (using the rocking motion) and noted her legs didn't keep her awake as much as usual, while I tried them today and noted my calves felt less tight after my 5k treadmill stretch at the gym.Is very easy to operate (even can be switched on via remote) and comes with TENSs pads to optionally use on the legs which feels like a massage once you get used to it. The unit is quite slim and fits easily under our couch. The remote itself only has four buttons for operation (for adjusting timer and intensity) and the power button so even someone with little technical knowledge could easily operate if without goung to instructions. The rocking function is also optional (it doesn't rock itself electronically, you have to rock it yourself with leg movements), if you don't want to rock your legs, there's a stand at the bottom if the unit so you can tilt it for comfort (good if you want to use it under a desk or table).Brilliant unit. Bit expensive but these circulation boosters are a great investment to people with limited mobility and various conditions that cause leg and foot pain.

I tend to suffer from poor swollen feet and lethargic legs after sitting down for any period of time. The first solution is to walk around more but a very effective adjunct to exercise is this circulation booster. The revittive comes with excellent instructions, power supply to charge the onboard battery and a remote control. Just plug it in and once charged you can take this where you are sitting without worrying about plug sockets. The rechargeable battery is a real improvement over the old model I had. The base has a pivot that turns it into a rocker but this can be laid flat if preferred. The remote control is simple to use since there are only on/off,intensity and time that you need to set and it saves reaching down to change the settings.I use it has that same varied waveforms which progressively and alternately stimulate the muscles in your lower leg. If you go to the higher settings it's a real workout for your muscles. Since I've been using this there has been a marked reduction in the swelling in my feet from sitting down and my shoes no longer become uncomfortably tight with time during the day.If I have one criticism it's that the distance between the foot pads should be wider or adjustable since some of us fatties have bigger than normal thighs which is exacerbated when we are sat down! This sometimes makes it uncomfortable to use for extended periods of time. Other than that the ergonomics are perfect for comfortable usage. Now that the rechargeable battery has been added it has transformed this into something you can take with you for the weekend away since the battery will easily last that long and the unit is virtually silent apart from the beeps to know when it has finished the timed programme or the unit is turned on/off. No excuses not to use it now!

I bought this for my wife. We had a serious motorcycle accident 15 years ago and my wife suffered multiple fractures, DVT and a pulmonary embolus back then. Though she survived, the resultant circulatory and mobility problems are telling more as time goes on. Her doctor had diagnosed "champagne bottle leg" and referred us to a hospital to see if the tiny varicose veins giving rise to this condition could be operated on. We were advised that the only treatment would be compression stockings but by then we were in Covid lockdown so didn't follow that up. When I saw that an ulcer had developed on her leg I felt I had to do something so we gave this a try.According to the NHS site such ulcers do not heal without specialist treatment and we have more recently returned to our GP and got the compression stockings. However, having used the Revitive for several weeks the champagne bottle leg had already improved considerably by the time we saw the nurse who said that the ulcer was well on the way to healing up. Of course, there are always lots of variables in any situation of this kind but I am convinced this machine has helped and is continuing to help. My wife's ankle does not swell as much as before and the two legs are starting to look a closer chape. A single anecdote like this should not deter you from getting specialist advice but I would say that using a Revitive in conjunction with medical treatment can't be a bad thing. One word of caution, it's not suitable if you've had a recent DVT as, in improving your circulation, any remaining blood clot could be released. We cleared it with our GP before buying.

REVITIVE Medic Circulation Booster is one health improving gadget I refuse to be without as the relief it provides me with is second to none. The ease of using this model is pure perfection as I do not have to consider where your electric socket is positioned near your chair where you sit to use the actual booster.I have been using Circulation boosters for a few years now, and when I have gone through stages of not using my booster, I can feel an added heaviness in my legs as well as stiffness plus oedema around my ankles and knees is more noticeable. The actual circulation booster works by stimulating your muscles this aids blood flow as well as other health benefits such as strengthening your muscles which is excellent if you have been immobile for a while e.g.after surgery, reduces swelling, and one thing I do find using this machine is that it maintains leg vein health which is very important because of circulation which helps deliver oxygenated blood to your legs which helps prevent leg sores or ulcers as well as I have found it helps ease the pain of varicose veins which for me personally is a pure relief. I would also recommend this to diabetics as we all know diabetes can lead to nerve damage on the feet area and this will help stimulate the nerves which would only help ease the pain associated with nerve pain.I also love the fact this model has an added TENS pain relief addition, this can be activated using the enclosed TENS pads which have an adhesive area which does wear off through time. I have extended the life of my TENS pads by using simple Micropore tape or

I have not used the TENS function, so cannot comment on it. The EMS function seems to have worked in improving blood flow to me=y feet. This is important to me, since I am diabetic, and have the usual problems with my feet. Sensation is definitely improved. The fact it is cordless, i.e. rechargeable, means you can use it wherever you are sitting, i.e. you don't have to be near to a mains outlet. The rechargeable battery lasts about seven 30 minute sessions. The recommendation for diabetics is two 30 minute sessions per day. The remote control allows you to alter the duration of the treatment, the strength of the EMS, and to switch between EMS and TENS. The controls are duplicated on the machine itself, but that means you have to bend down to use it! The controls don't allow you to vary the EMS programme, but this seems to happen automatically. It is not the cheapest EMS machine available, but I think it is the only cordless one advertised. Apparently, you can claim the VAT back if you have a long term medical condition, but I couldn't see how. There is a very good travel bag for this model, which you have to buy separately, which accommodates the machine, charger and TENS gubbins all in one handy shoulder bag. Not only does this house your machine and gear at home, but it also makes it easy to take with you on holiday, which I have done.

This is the fifth Revitive Circulation Boosters I have tested and its one of the best. I personally would not buy this one, as it is virtually identical to the other ones I have tested. If you don't have one of these units, this is an excellent model. In my 20's I used to run a lot and as I have gotten a little older my ankles have begun to lose some flexibility. I used this product and within 2 days of use the flexibility returned and I am so impressed with this unit. The unit is made of white and green plastic. It has an on/off button, which can be switched using the remote control. In the middle of the unit is a timer and on the sides of the timer is +/- buttons, which control the intensity of the vibrations. The intensity can again be controlled by your toes. This unit goes to a maximum output of +50. Other reviewers have said that this maximum of +50 is half of what the other units in the Revitive range go to. For me, this intensity is more than enough and I have found a setting of +26 to be enough for me. The unit is well made and comes from a UK based company. It has worked very well for me and I would recommend it to anyone with muscle/leg problems.Wonderful for tired legs. Recommended.

My father has suffered with diabetes for nearly 25 years now and the unfortunate side effects are starting to take their toll now he's heading toward his 60's. Due to health issues and operations, pin's and needle's in his feet and leg's along with numbness is becoming an issue. This booster is similar to previous models, tweeks here and there and the addition of a remote control for it have improved it vastly. The unit itself is also now and a roller ball like pivot enabling you to sit on a more comfortable angle just for you. The booster can be increased in intensity depending on your need's and this is all do via the remote. My father uses it on a regular basis now and is really impressed with the results.Whilst it hasn't stopped his issues with his legs all together, the pin's and needles occur much less frequently now as does the numbness problems. Also some aches he used to get in his ankles and thighs have eased off completely.Whilst this will not cure your issues, it will certainly ease them and help you along, making your daily routine easier.

Did not buy from Amazon.Bought from Revitive with extreme reluctance due to the extremely high price (£250), but was given a promise that my VAT (if approved and verified that I was a genuine Diabetes sufferer) would be refunded.I was suffering from tingling (sometimes extreme tingling - like starburst tingling) in my feet at night which prevented me from sleeping.I’ve used it for 30 mins every evening just before bedtime for about 2 months now.The results are astonishing. The tingling in my feet at night-time has decreased so much that I barely notice them. The burning sensation in the soles of my feet I sometimes have, have virtually disappeared & I’m sure I’m getting more feeling on the soles of my feet.I was an extremely reluctant buyer, but I would recommend Revitive Circulation Booster to anyone suffering Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.And….. Oh yes, they refunded my VAT (£41) within a month.

Heart problems, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and trapped nerves in the spine make exercise and fitness a problem, and this seems to work to keep finer muscle control a reality rather than my previous stumbling gait. One initial problem was that the base of my feet are insensitive (down to diabetes), but I found that treating them with moisturising cream shortly before my 30 minutes increased the 'conductivity' of my skin and it's effectiveness. Certainly for a period after each session my sense of balance seems to be better and my getting up from a low chair easier to accomplish. It may not as yet improved my stamina as far as walking is concerned, but doing the normal things of getting around the house is a lot easier.Expensive, but I don't regret buying it.

The impulse patterns, the strength of which are easily controlled from the Remote Control, cause the feet muscles to exercise and become relaxed and more flexible. Lockdown prevented outdoor country work and my feet seemed to lack the exercise but this Midic Revitive model works for me and for my wife and we each run the half-hour program several times a week (the time can be shortened or extended, even mid-session, from the Remore Control. Amazing how the device makes the feet rock the device back and forth without any input from you! This model comes with pads for calf and leg activation too. Well worth the money.

I’ve been using this on and off for a few months and it’s helped a bit with the pins and needles I get sometimes if I stand for too long. My legs tend to go mottled with a bluish tinge and I normally have to flex and release my leg muscles repeatedly to clear the unpleasant feeling. This device can be used on lots of intensity levels, depending on what you feel is comfortable for you, while you are sitting down. It’s good for anyone who gets bad circulation even if they can’t stand. While it’s not a cheap investment, I’ve seen some improvement which has made standing for long periods more comfortable.4 stars.

Great product, I get terrible cramps in my legs, have Osteoarthritis, have had total hip & knee replacement, but revitive medic has really helped, I've been using it for 30mins every evening on 45 EMS for two. weeks since I purchased it, and I have noticed the cramps in my legs are improving, also helps my circulation as I walk with sticks and with me Osteoarthritis I'm very slow. Also it's great you can charge it then use it without having to plug it so you can use it anywhere having a remote with it makes it even better as I'm unable to bend down. Really pleased I purchased this product.
