i found this lock suitable for discs with very small drill holls for your lock to fit through. The reason i bought it was because of the 10mm pin as opposed to the 6mm junior version or other similar versions featuring merely a plastic keyhole cover thingy which dosnt seem too sturdy. The whole construction of the lock is solid metal and is compact enough to fit in a little bag. I use a camera bag attacked to my bike at the back to carry my lock and it is compact enough to fit in there and is easy at hand to get to and quickly secure the disc. there are far better disc locks out there and these locks have been around for years so i would say is suitable for general security like when you are

With a good thick pin this seems pretty secure and sturdy yet still fits in my disc without problem. I wouldn't use a disc lock without a spiral reminder thingy http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004P40070/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_3 as the consequences of forgetting a disc lock can be expensive... Bright colour helps to find it and is an extra deterrent to potential thieves. I don't know why it is not recognised by insurance companies as it seems to be of good quality. Recommended.

very good product, anything that deters theives must be good, high visability colour,very easey to fit, have two bikes, and is easily fitted to either, must remember to buyyellow ribon to put on handle bars, because you could go to ride off with disc lock on,pitty didn't come with, for a few pence more!

I went straight to Amazon to find this disc lock. It only took a little while toarrive. My husband got another bike at last but couldn't find where he had puthis other disc lock so I purchased this one at a very reasonable price. Thank youGabby

a good usable little lock handy and pocket size. handy for shopping or local security. or to stop kids teenagers pushing away but i use big heavy duty chains for big functions where professional thieves are likely to lift into vans etc.

The pin is quite large diameter. This means it won’t fit into the holes in my disc. It will however fit the larger holes on the inside of the disc. Probably more secure for this, but be aware that it may not fit every disc.

I took a risk and ordered this without measuring the holes in my brake disks and the pin ended up being too big, but the depth of the lock is so big that it actually didn't matter. Big lock, fits and does the job.

not bad a peace of kit for the money .came within days of ordering ,does the job well when your parked up ,but i think you still need a chain with this lock to make make parking up more safer

Does the job for a good price, couldn't manage to get the guarantee online so don't count that into your purchase.Quite heavy for carrying in a jacket pocket but is fine in a rucksack.

Medium quality but does the job. A few months after buying it, I can say it has survived the winter and still works fine, although turning the key is not very smooth.

easy to use, didn't fit the rear disc but did fit the front disk (Royal Enfield Himalayan). and when i forgot to remove it when moving the bike, it worked :-)

Best 10 pound you'll ever spend but I advise to get the disc lock break reminder. Good quality and worth every penny

this is great product it might just stop some one from taking your motorcycle and it cheap and a must for bike.
