I have several high security padlocks and chains all equal to this one but my insurance provider said unless the are recommended by 'Lock Secure' I would not be covered for theft. Hence I had to buy one that carries the 'Lock Secure' recommendation.Personally I think that ' Lock Secure' have managed to set up the perfect ( legal ) racket and just wonder how many insurance companies re in their pocket.Having said that, this lock and chain is of good quality reasonably priced and provides the requirements set by my insurance provider.

It seems a strong lock and chain. Probably not likely to deter a determined thief (what will). But, linking to another bike helps. It is quite sturdy and heavy. Good value for the money. JUST long enough to link two front wheels together easily.

With out destroying the chain all I can say is that the quality is good looking ad seems formidable, I had to do a little on two of the keys which wold only open the lock on one side, but this was soon fixed. A is now all is now well.

A great lock to stop opportunis chav thief’s who want to rag your pride and joy about and bust it up quality product I combine with go lock the caps lock buy buy buy you won’t be disappointed ?

Great product, amazing value costs a lot less than similar locks. Both the chain and lock are better quality than others advertised. Really pleased and would recommend this set to anybody..

Great padlock and chain for you moped or motorcycle, lock can be a little temperamental if exposed to the elements. But that's a good thing if no one can jimmy it

My bike not been pinched yet. So doing the job. Bought the 1.5m one. Maybe be better with longer one. Could always twist it up to get rid of excess chain.

Worth it and secured good enough and as i saw previous reviewed, before i bought and no regrets. Please do go for it if you really looking for it...

Multifunctional - chain, padlock, disk lock. For the money you pay, could not be better. Some insurers take it into account. Fits FZ6 disks.

At 1.5m it's short enough to carry but still long enough to be useful.And the "sold secure" promise is a Must for the insurance policy!

It's an awesome piece of kit. I feel ok about leaving my Vulcan 900 out and about with this lock on it
