IMHO this is worth having because it's lightweight (carry it in your pocket), pretty cheap and would deter an opportunistic thief. On mine at least, the plastic cap that protects the keyhole isn't spring-loaded, which is a bit rubbish and it ought to come with one of those curly-wurly cables to remind you it's on your bike. But overall an extremely worthwhile purchase and I recommend it.

From new i had problems unlocking it. Quite scary as I was worried as it took many attempts for the key to locate correctly .Squirted some WD40 in it and its perfect now.Cheap deterrent and better than nothing.I use it as my quick lock on the back wheel when shopping locally.No stretchy band to handlebar reminder though. I've tried to ride off with item still on bike

Nice and compact. I've previously owned a couple of cheaper disc locks, both of which had failures in the locking mechanism within a year (luckily both times when the lock was NOT attached to the disc).I've had an Oxford Hardcore padlock for over 5 years and that's never let me down, so I'm hoping the lock on this will prove to be as reliable.

Got this so that when parking in town i would put on the bike to put people off trying to steal my bike. I have a suzuki GS500 and it fits the disc break perfectly. Some people have had problems where it dont fit so check it out properly. Good size to as it fits in your pocket! more than happy with this little bargain buy!

Totally does the job; neat and tidy, not too heavy to pop in your pocket on a ride and half the price of the well known high street car and bike chain! I like that it came with a little sticker to put on your control panel to remind you the disc lock is there before you ride off (easily done when it's a new addition!).

Well, since I've been using it no-one has nicked my motorbike, therefore no complaints! One of the plastic/bungee reminders to clip on your handlebars would be a welcome addition to the package, but are cheap enough to buy separately.

Small and easy to carry, the only thing stopping me give this lock 5 stars is that the flip cover that covers where the key goes, does not close properly so in time will let water in, but plenty of WD40 should help stop that.

good value for price comes with 3 keys.. seems strong enough and a good feel to it.has lock cover to protect from bad weather..nice color and easily visible to potential motorbike thieves...overall good product..thank you

This disc lock is solid!It literally saved my bike from being rolled away by some lowlife thieves!They tried to force pick the lock but failed... I'm guessing they were newbies but I'm happy it deterred the thieves.

Let's face it, if someone really wants your bike they'll be equipped and have it away what ever lock you've got. This is hopefully enough of a deterrent to stop opportunists but remains compact and easily stored.

Like all disk locks, the only problem is remembering that you have one on. Therefore I cannot give it five stars. However, the lock does all that is claimed for it, and it is made to a high standard.

Used for about a year, I had to get it cut off as it wouldn’t unlock. I never oiled it or really looked after it and my bike is stored outside. I’m sure it would last longer with a bit of maintance.

Works very well. Making it able to lock without the need of keys is excellent, makes locking up quick and easy. And the price is pretty good as the build quality is good.

I bought this item for my Honda CB125F as bigger locks were too thick for the holes in my disc, so this is perfect for anyone on a smaller bike needing a disc lock.

Good quality, and portable, won't stop a determined thief but may stop the opportunist. Unfortunately An essential even if your just popping in tesco !!!
