I ordered one of these and had no idea of how wide the space between lines are. The books are narrow lined, just like the A5 version of this book.The paper is of good quality and it works really well with fountain pens, which I insist on using. You can soak ink onto the page and it just sits there, until it is dry. No runs, or little lines of ink tracking out like cheap paper does.The only issue I have is that, as the other review mentions, is the spine. I am just brutal with it and force it into place, and I have deducted a star for this.The dark red book's lower outside corner of every page has a perforated part you can tear out.

I've bought quite a few Oxford notebooks now, both softback and hardback. They are made from excellent quality Optik paper which I a joy to write.You can use both sides of the page as the ink doesn't bleed through to the other side. I often use them to write notes I need to refer back to and so they get a lot of abuse as I search through the pages but they stand up really well to rough handling. I like the different colours too so I know which one is which. would recommend

I have several of the notebooks as shown in the pictures. They have a left hand margin and the top line starts fairly close to the top of the page. The notebooks supplied, although they are also Oxford notebooks, have a left and a right margin, and a sort of header box at the top of each page. The line spacing and paper quality are the same in both cases. They are good notebooks and I shall keep them - they aren't what I was expecting, however - hence 4 stars and not 5.

When your at Uni and have to write extensive notes for class, there's only one brand that can do it for me that's the Oxford office notebook.It has great quality paper. The pen never smudges and doesn't go through the other side. Most importantly it has margins and comes with coloured inserts dividing up sections which is great for different lessons.

These books are perfect for me, love the different colours which makes it easy to find which book I need quickly. Strong board cover is a must as pulling them in and out of bags could easily scuff and wrinkle the covers on softcover books. The tear offs are a really good idea, wish my brain could have them :-)

Great notebooks. Good quality smooth paper which makes writing on it a joy. I use uniball pens and there is no bleeding. Good value to buy 5 notebooks pack. Will definitely buy again.

What's not to like? Good quality paper and tear off perforated corners to help with closing written tasks. I use a fountain pen and this pales takes the ink well.

Very good quality notebooks. Not sure about the colours but you can always turn the cover over if you don't like them. The paper is of very good quality.

I have bought these notebooks before and liked them. They were in a great deal and are perfect for home accounts, which is what I mainly use them for.

I open up one new notebook for each book I write. I use fountain pens and pencil and the paper is a great medium for both. Love these.

Bought for my family. These are nice for the price. Only to mention the margins are wider than the usual 1"
