I had a Samsung Galaxy Tab A which I loved (this was my second Samsung tablet). However it only has 16GB of storage of which around 11GB is needed to run the operating system and Apps. This leaves very little storage for downloading movies etc. I like to use the tablet as an entertainment centre when on holiday and when travelling by train or plane.Therefore I was looking for a tablet with 32GB of storage at a reasonable price, I like a slightly larger screen so has to be 9.7 or 10.1. The choice was between the Galaxy S2 and the latest Ipad, since I am used to the android o/s I decided on this tablet.

bought the Galaxy Tab S 9.7 with sim to replace a 3 year old no-sim 10.5 that got dropped and the repair cost was prohibitive. Am amazingly good device..robust, exceptionally clear screen, easy to use. The device is much faster than the old 10.5 S, makes better use of my 50Mb Link. Signal to/from house router is excellent, chromecast very good, video crystal clear. Contrary to some commenters, I found the difference in size almost negligible e.g when used with google maps the screen is quite big enough and bright enough for use in daylight out of doors and better than an 8 inch device, which is a lot smaller than the 10.5, and no problems with signal strength on wifi. Not yet tested the sim/phone function.

Bought this as it did well in a consumer magazine, but I can't say Which. It came top of their tests.I can't fault it. Unlike the nexus 7 LTE it replaces, this can be used as a standard mobile phone too with SIM inserted, too.I'd buy the original Samsung case as it fits well, and turns screen off when not in use.Doesn't appear to work on EE LTE 800 band yet, but hopefully EE will solve that and allow other devices to use it soon?I do miss the Nexus 7 portability and compactness, but this tablet offers a better all round experience.

So far my best tablet. Crosses the line from home use to carry everywhere. As large as it can get without being too much of a weight to carry around. I have tried it with a couple of different keyboard options but they add to much weight. Screen and speed is as good as it gets. As you expect from Samsung. This is one of their more conservative designs so no problems with broken curved screen. This is fast and great for videos and browsing. Touch screen is responsive and the build quality is reassuring. A real winner.

I've only had Google tablets previous, both 7" and 10"ones but they were getting old. Did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews and could not justify the price of the latest tablet based on my use. The Tob 2 is fab, plenty of brightness, easy to use, light enough to carry. Bought it just before going on a three week holiday to Canada and just got back. Use it to play videos on the plane and read books, check email and browse the internet. So far, well pleased.

I have bought Samsung Galaxy phone tablets since the first version came out. With my SGT 3 showing signs of age and no sign of an 8" SGT S3 appearing, I committed my self to this machine ... and what an amazing phablet it is. Its fast response, high resolution screen and smooth actions mean that this is now on a par with the iPad Mini. At only £360 (March 2017) for the 4G/LTE version, this is a bargain for a device of the highest quality I use every day.

Absolutely brilliant tablet. I don't use my phone as a phone much - so the slight awkwardness of the size when using the Tab S2 as a phone is not a problem for me. For my main uses - Kindle, Audible, texts, WhatsApp and Spotify the Tab S2 is just perfect. I am somewhat visually impaired and so the larger screen size is great. Best Amdroid device I have ever used, including earlier Tabs.

Love this tablet so much. It is used daily by multiple people including children. Size is perfect, not too big. Can walk along holding one handed happily. Picture quaility is very good. Enough space for everyones games/apps. It's fast and reliable. Will definetly be investing in another one of these soon. Really good value for money! Thank you!!

This is the second S2 that I have bought, the first was for myself, the second for my wife.We are both delighted and full of praise not only for the tablet itself but for the supplier also.As we both have Samsung Galaxy S5 mobile phones and a Chromebook all devices can be synchronised on Android operating system.

Got mine from Samsung UK, this is an awesome fast tablet, cheaper than on here ,amazon, with free delivery, connects to the net is instant, blistering surf speed you can add up to 128gb memory by micro slot, you can use this as a phone there is a sim card slot, what more do you need on a tablet

Combined with an unlimited 3 mobile sim card, has made this my purchase of the year. I now have a totally connected solution. The tablet itself is powerful and provides all performance I have come to expect from the Samsung product family. Highly recommend paying the extra for the LTE version.

This is my 1st Samsung tablet & it’s a great thing to look at, light too. Once you have installed ( from on screen instruction) apps & other things. It’s easy to use. I would recommend getting a case for it. Admittedly I haven’t figured everything out yet but I will. I recommend this item

Bought to replace Samsung 2014 Edition model which had packed up. Five years is probably the life of tablets these days. Delivered very quickly, easy to set up, and in use within a couple of hours once the battery had charged. Lovely screen and very easy to use, so far so good.

This is the best tablet I have owned. The screen is magnificent, the clarity of image compelling. It takes beautiful quality photos and videos, runs smoothly, multitasking with ease and looks feels and behaves with reliable assurance.

Arrived in good time and well packaged. I have checked that it works ok and the screen is very good. It is a Christmas present for my wife so can't say much more than this - she has a Samsung phone and is looking for compatibility.
