Bought for a 7yr old, Android OS so very straight forward to use. Good battery life, very responsive and lovely clear images and colours. I've added a memory card so should be fine storage wise. Have had to complete 3 system updates.As this is for use by a child, I was unsure how the security settings would work but I'm really pleased, Google/Gmail have it locked down well (not 100% like a Kindle Fire for Kids but not bad at all). Bought a rubber bumper case and screen protector seperate.

This is a good basic tablet. And bear in mind that you get what you pay for. There are no bells and whistles on it, it does the job, and if you know how to personalize the setup, you will be happy with the outcome. The battery life is not particularly good, but the recharge of said battery is quite quick. It works on Android, so is relatively easy to understand. Great for beginners, or techy idiots like myself! Set your expectations low, and you may be pleasantly surprised.

My last tablet (Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70F) lasted only two years: a local repairman advised there was a design fault with the power lead connection, such that over time the tablet failed to charge as the connection failed with wear. This newer model has a differently positioned connector, so hopefully this one will last longer. The new model's battery drains quickly, so is unsuitable for long journeys. That being said, I like the design and the price so, for me, it gives excellent value.

i bought this for my elderly relative as a gift as they wanted to become familiar with the internet and commuter type tasks. I'm pleased to say the Lenovo tablet was easy for them to hold, large enough to use and operate without being too large. Operating and navigating the tablet was reasonably easily for them, after a couple of weeks performing basic tasks with repetition became easy thanks to the design layout. The Lenovo was great value for money, perfect for the needs of the user.

I bought this for an older person to access Zoom easily. I was looking for simple and its pretty good, specially at £100 cheaper than samsung.My only complaint is that the microphone sound was really quiet, so she couldn't be heard on zoom! It took me 2 days to discover that in the Dolby sound section (tap the icon) in the advanced sound settings, there is a voice enhancer which was off and a balancer that was also off. Why you would send it out with those settings baffles me!

I wanted to buy a good value tablet for my 11-year old that had google play so that I can control parent settings easily. This tablet is great, it is a good size and quality. She is happy with it for doing things and watching i-player/u tube and downloading apps. I also purchased a memory SD card so that she can download apps without a problem as 16 GB probably wouldn't go far. As she is likely to drop it I also bought a decent case to protect it and that has worked well to date..

Bought this as a replacement for son's broken device. He needs a tablet for home school stuff and play. Screen is OK and touch sensitivity is decent even with tempered glass protector. Lots of cases from various outlets to choose from. Speakers generate decent sound in Dolby mode. The default Child account set-up we found to be a bit clunky, so have chosen not to use it. There are other ways to control access to content. Other than that the tablet is pretty good. Would recommend.

2 Kids aged 8 and 10 had received one of these Lenovo Tablet i really bought it for the size (an upgrade from there size 8 inch Amazon Tablets) Easy set up my 10 year old boy done it himself he loves it, he thinks the graphics are sharp and clear and the 8 year old well she just loves that it's bigger than her last tablet.Great value for money sleek design (I recommend covers,for the simple fact that its easy for the kids to hold it, as it has a type of slippery design to it .

Well for the money this tablet is good. The 1.3 MGH speed just about copes with normal activity but if you are a gamer it's a no no.Screen colour is good but it does struggle sometimes with capacity. Memory is not great so the pre loaded apps are too many, l deleted some to free up space, this tablet is not a TARDIS and you have to manage memory. So for normal day to day stuff it's fine, let's face it it's not expensive so you get what you pay for, so be aware.

Battery lasts well and charges quickly.great built in features e.g. has function to change the screen to amber light which you can put on a timer and this works well for me. You can add an SD card but I tried with one I already had but this card turned out to be too slow to cope with apps I put on it, they stalled or would not load at all,so check SD card speed before you buy one. The amount of storage is fine for everyday use and I would recommend this device.

Good value for money.Instructions poor,to brief,supposedly download able from Argos,but says wrong format,so doesn't.No idea about battery in as just received it.Can be quite slow,at times,hard to find data on memory card,but is Max 128. GB.I added a Bluetooth case and KEYBOARD,but no £ symbol as. Only a dollar symbol.Sent it back for an English UK version,wth hopefully A Pound , symbol. £,Could have more sound volume of as I struggle to hear

I bought it for my 81 year old mother as her old tablet was dying and she is absolutely delighted with it. It was so easy to set up with all her favourite apps, as well as few new ones to help her shop online for things she cannot get out of the house for at the moment, once it arrived I was able to talk her through the final setup process and connect it to her WiFi with just a few simple instructions. Top notch item which I could recommend to anyone.

Excellent product, very versatile and offers loads of features. Fast, efficient and is really great for work or entertainment. It can even be used with a keyboard and mouse if you get a specific attachment.What was even better is the fact that even though there is a pandemic, Argos made sure the product was delivered not just on time but earlier than initially speculated.Happy with the product and extremely happy with Argos too.

I bought this for our mum so she can video call us during the pandemic. I also bought a portable wifi box for an internet connection. The tablet seems good quality. The only thing I would pick up on is that the screen has a tiny circle symbol, which acts as the Home button. It can be hard to see, if it’s being covered up by whatever else is on the screen. I told her to just firmly press the ‘off’ button at the side if she gets stuck!

Bought this due to our other one having a smashed screen (own fault).I feel like they have made the tablet itself look cheaper than the same one I bought last year and also not as sensitive of a touch screen so sometimes have to press quite hard for anything to work.All in all it's good for value compared to iPads etc as it's only for my little boy to play games but would have liked it to look a bit sturdier like the old model.
