I mainly bought the device for travelling/multimedia, so didn't want to spend a great deal, but at the same time didn't want something that wasn't functional due to it being too cheap! This product is very competent for the price. I managed to get it under £150 with a genuine Samsung 64Gb memory card and case. This bundle and price was great value, though this was a Black Friday deal. It comes loaded with Android 9 and Samsung appear to be keeping the monthly security patches much more up to date than in the past. I believe Android 10 is due later in 2020 which is welcome, as I am used to the gestures on Google Pixel. The device is fairly heavy, but the screen size of 10.1" is put to good use and the image quality is good. The device plays media without issue and I even have even installed a few games on there now which run fine, though I would expect more graphically intensive titles to struggle a bit more due to hardware limitations. The only negatives I have found over a months use are a) slight lag due to the limited 2Gb RAM b) the touchscreen can sometimes be unresponsive and finally c) speakers are located on the bottom/side so don't give a stereo effect and can also be fouled if you are using it in portrait mode, as they end up at the bottom. Other than that, can't complain, good quality device for the asking price and good value if you can get it in a bundle.

I’m using this for general browsing, checking email, watching TV via BBC iPlayer, listening to music from my Synology NAS and watching recorded TV from my Humax recorder. I also have the Hikvision app loaded to see my security cameras and Skype to talk to my son in Switzerland. All in all a very good buy for £149 (Black Friday price). On average the battery lasts about 3 days and the screen quality is excellent. Tilting the screen left, right, up and down shows hardly any change in brightness unlike cheaper Tablets where the picture disappears if you lilt the screen off centre. If you sit back from it you don’t notice the sound is coming out of the landscape screen from only one side due to the included Dolby Atmos system and if I want to watch a streamed film in higher quality on the TV,I simply cast it to my Chromecast unit, which also gives me Dolby surround sound on the HiFi. The unit is quick to respond and you only notice an occasional delay on some apps when they are closing and I assume that is them releasing resources back to the operating system.

I see some complaints about the version of this tablet here, I just want to confirm that mine came with the EN language. I think the tablet is fine for its price (I did not expect, like other people, this tablet, "to make and coffee at this price")! My observations would be two, the first weight, it's heavy, but it probably should be, I don't know for sure (I saw some lighter) and the second speaker, they're both sitting on the bottom side, being vertical but I think most people use the tablet horizontally. That would have seemed more normal to me, one up and one down in the upright position, but again maybe it's just my fault.I have the impression that is cause the sound does not sound so good for many people, even for me, having the tablet horizontal comes the sound only from the right side and seems a little clogged, thick as from a barre, if you understand what I want to say.

i have owned one of these since 2016 so mine is only the 16gb version (although i have put a 32gb sd card into it). i got this after having to hand back a company iPad and thougt it would be rubbish by comparison and a complete downgrade. absolutely not the case. the elongated 10.1" aspect of the screen is perfect for watching films etc and still perfect to read a newspaper in portrait mode. much more so than my previous iPad.the screen is sharp enough for me and BBC iPlayer and Netflix in HD play perfectly well. text is sharp also. if this tablet suddenly broke or i lost it, i would have no hesitation in rushing out and buying a replacement like for like model. incidentally,3 years ago i paid £180 for the 16gb model, so £150 for this 32gb model at this moment is fantastic value. cannot recommend this piece of kit highly enough.

It's a Samsung Galaxy, so it works great. The one I got has it OS in another language, but the first option on setup is to change it, so it is not a problem. I had no problems using it as I am familiar with Samsung tech, but I am by no means an expert.I only have one complaint, which is that weirdly the screen resolution is lower than on my low -end Samsung phone for some reason. I checked the settings and it can't be changed. My assumption is that it is a screen ratio issue, as tablet screens tend to be "stubbier" than phone screens.Despite that issue, I do recommenced this product if you are buying an android tablet. I have learned from experience that buying a cheap tablet is a false economy.Unless you can trial the tablet before you buy, I strongly advise that you stay away from unknown brands.

Definitely worth the money although as expected there are some drawback for the price that should be highlighted.1. No Samsung Dex support like more flagship devices2. No quad speaker setup3.No wireless charging or fast charging4. Only 2GB of RAM and a mediocre processor5. No s pen support (I bought an active stylus instead)However due to the large Amoled display, dolby atmos support and great form factor this tablet does deliver a good and generally smooth performance (it will lag at times) game such as fifa and call of duty mobile run fine at lowest settings and productivity apps are a joy on here. My favourite feature is definitely the multitaskimg capabilities including split screen and notification bubbles.Overall worth the money.Happy shopping

Being 70 Plus years old i am a bit of a 'Dyed in the Wool ' Keyboard and Mouse Type.I have tried a couple of smaller tablets and phones from other manufacturers in the past and its always been the same. Can't get on with it. Don't like toucscreens. Etcetera. Etcetera. For some reason I fell in love with my Galaxy Tab. at first sight. It is most intuitive to use. Easy to set up. With the addition of an added SIM card (64 GB) i have all the storage I need. Above all I love the quality of the Pictures it takes. additionalyy it is SO easy to take a Picture or Video and share it. Resising is so easy too. With the addition of a case/stand from Amazon it becomes even easier to use.In my opinion an absolute bargain. So much so I will buy another for travelling.

With this tablet you get what you pay for, it’s cheap but it does a good standard job. I use mine for watching Netflix or watching YouTube & occasionally playing games on. I gave 4 stars for battery life because I do have to charge it once a day like you would with your phone but I have a portable charger so it doesn’t bother me. Three stars for touch screen because sometimes it can be a bit slow to process when clicking off an app or clicking on to one. Overall I do really love my tablet I use it everyday, I would 100% recommend if someone wanted something bigger than there phone but more portable than a laptop and a lot cheaper than both.

My old Samsung tablet of many years eventually failed after many years of use.I had bought a lenovo tablet for another task and was impressed. However this tablet is much better, the screen quality, build quality, sound and operation are all far superior, and of course a huge leap forward from my old Samsung. For the money you can't go wrong with this, it simple works and works well.I expect this also to last a long time, based on the experience I had with Samsung before.Pay a little more for a proper branded tablet that both works well, has support, and you can get a choice of accessories for.

I recieved this product week ago and from a week of usage i think that this is definitely worth the money. When I was buying this tablet I was a little sceptical because of the reviews. Some people said that their tablet was in Russian! My tablet is in English and I haven't had any problems so far. I've had cheap tablets before which either broke or stopped working after a week. I had Alba tablets in case anyone was wondering. The tablet is easy to set up and is excellent quality. I use this for games art and watching movies. It suits my needs perfectly and I definitely recommend this product.

Had several Samsung devices over the years and never been disappointed. ( I am still using an old S4 smartphone! )This tablet is excellent. Decent performance and storage. Very light in weight. USB-C connector. Android 9.Instruction sheet was not in English. No issue for me, but others might not be impressed. Can download a full manual from the internet.Interesting design issue - the twin stereo speakers are located at the bottom when in portrait orientation, which means they are on one side when watching a movie in landscape orientation!!!!!! Strange, but not an issue if using headphones.

Great tablet, works great and feels good quality of build am happy with my purchase. The one thing that let's it down is the length of the charger cable, it is too short...! I have had to buy another. I am not looking for anything special, standard mobile phone cables all been sufficient. I am unable to use this whilst charging as I would need to sit / work on floor. May be fine for someone working at kitchen worktop but not much else. Come on Samsung, you have saved Penny's in cutting that cable just too short and let down what would otherwise be an excellent product...

Well ive seen many reviews online. And there pretty mixed. So this is my review. This tablet is a good quality product. Typical Samsung. Well made. The screen is good crisp and bright. The cpu is fast. And so far experienced no lag. Now the remarkable thing is. It runs Call of Duty mobile albiet in low mode very well fast no lag. And fairly sharp. Now onto my niggles. I.M.O1. No fast charge.2. Both speakers on the same side. So no stereo effect only via headphones.3. Camera has no flash. But still very good.So all in all well recommended for the price.

It works great! Quite fast, (unlike my iPad before it) I can finally keep up to date with my college work through Microsoft apps, such as Word or PowerPoint and keep an eye for emails much better too! Not to mention, I also own a Samsung phone, so I can move things like photos and videos to my Samsung Cloud and then get them on my phone as well! I am, personally, not a fan of Apple's devices so that is why I made the swap from Apple to Samsung. I just Apple a little too complicated for me and find Samsung a lot more easier to use! Personally, though.

Since I oen a Samsung galaxy phone and had a lot of my apps, contacts and media saved to the Samsung cloud it was pretty seamless moving everything I had onto my tablet.Looks wise I think it looks the part and for the price you really can't beat it. I made sure I bought an additional SD card as the 32GB wasnt going to be enough for me with downloading films etc. I'm considering getting a case with a keyboard as it isnt the easiest to type on if you are holding it landscape.Overall it's quite difficult to fault this product for the price point.
