I can't really review this product on taste as I've never eaten it but my dogs haven't complained yet. Both dogs are spayed and they like it because they can still have treats and not get fat. Beanie likes to chase after the kibble when I throw it for her and Edie likes to bring mouthfuls of it into the living room and eat it off the floor but it has been a challenge teaching her manners. I like it because it's well priced and it doesn't stink when you open the bag. This makes it also handy to bring a handful as a treat when out walking. Also on a plus, it doesn't disintegrate when water is added. It swells and softens but retains its shape. I will be buying again next month.

All dogs are different so I can't confirm whether yours will eat this! I've been feeding my cairn terrier this for 5 + years and she loves it. Easy to use with none of the smells I associate with wet dog food.If you use this, or any of the other available flavour/breed size options use the subscription service, amazon already make it better value than the High Street but subscribing makes the savings even better.

I usually get the normal mini version of this but have noticed my pugs putting on some weight, so I give them the normal version in the morning and this light version in the evening. It must tast different as they wolf down the normal one but take a bit longer to eat the lighter one which is good as they don't eat it too fast and look for more. I will be repurchasing when they run out.

Got 3 small dogs,They love it,got to have light as my Yorkie started gaining weight even though he was not eating too much,So to get his weight under control gave it too all of them to maintain their weight too as I have a fussy Jack Russell cross,And a rather piggish Shtz Tsu cross, they all love it,Clean dishes??? All round.

Liked the version where it was 4 bags in one big bag so stayed fresher. As we have a westie it takes a long time to use it up with her being a small dog Found that my dog likes it with hot water on and a small amount of cooked fresh chicken. Loves it. No waste at all. She prefers it to cold water or just dry. No adverse effect.

After my daughter Pug was neutered he started to put on weight. He is only a year old and when the food was reduced, the poor baby was feeling starved. So she changed to light food and added cooked root vegetables to his diet, he goes to bed with a full stomach and no longer tries to eat everything when out walking.

I have been buying Royal Canin Mini Light. For my dogs for some time and have been very happy with it , however I recently tried the larger size , Medium , so have now changed to this size as it suits my three cavaliers well . I am very pleased with the service I get from Amazon and subscribe and save is a help .

By using the monthly delivery deal with the 10% off I can't find this cheaper anywhere else. We use this product for our diabetic dog as prescribed by the vet. Nice small size kibbles and this large bag lasts our Yorkie for 3 months. Prompt delivery and good packaging.

My Jack-a-poo was a bit overweight and this lightweight food has done the trick! She has lost 1 kg since February and now weighs a healthy 5 kilos. She is not over keen on the food,but eats it sometimes reluctantly. I still give her the occasional treat.

I am delighted to say, I have just received the royal canin, Thankyou for this, my little black pug will Thankyou as well, INeed to get his weight down so hopefully, with gentle exercise & this food it will do the trick. I am pleased with my purchase.

this dog food is perfect for my 6 dogs and its nice to be able to get it in the larger size as other stores only sell the small bag I am now going to have it delivered every month so I wont run out. The price is very good toothank youP Reid

This was reasonably priced. Nice small kibbles. My Jack Russell seems to enjoy it as none left in his bowl.He liked Royal Canin mini mature but as he needs to loose a bit of weight I have decided to switch to this lighter version.

This is a low fat food which is what our dog needs.She is not keen on it all the time but will have it when hungry. That makes me think that it may not be very tasty... still we know that it is a good thing for her

My miniature dachshund finds Canin Mini Light the best way of losing weight pleasantly if a very greedy little dog must do so! Her mistress is delighted with the price and speed of delivery to her door.

This Royal Canin dog food is an excellent product, been buying it for 5 years, no complaints.. my 2 dogs love it, so the flavour must be good✅ keeps them healthy✅ also really good value for money✅
