seen other reviews about there being something loose in the bottom, the first one I received had something loose aswell which soon fell out and it was a broken piece of plastic with a screw in it.returned and received another. now the pro controller is finicky at best to put on charge, if it's not set quite right the charge will be intermittent, my controllers light was flashing rapidly.with the other joy con controllers... it they seem to fit snugly and charge but after having all slots filled up for several hours only 1 LED turned green, so I can only assume it is over charging the other 2 controllers.after some more fiddling the pro controller LED turned green. then after taking it off and reseating it,

The product was working but the screws that hold the piece inside were broken and the piece totally loose moving around. I asked a replacement one and I got that with the same problem.

the package was opened, loose stuff inside, the charging connectors don't work.
