This product is amazing, well worth buying, i have done yoga for years and love this yoga training, it selects different postures to do so you dont get bored you can select standing , sitting or lying down postures and you can do your yoga between 5mins to 30 mins its up to you, this will greatly benefit many yoga followers, the only thing is if your new to yoga it may not be suitable as some of the postures may be quite hard for someone who has never do yoga so seek advice if your new to yoga but for people that already do yoga and know postures this is ideal, if you do buy it enjoy!!

This is a good game helped me feel relax and easy to get the hang of. promblem is that it can be a bit confusing at 1st but once you have got it your set up. the other promblem is there is nowhere conviet really to put it as you work out and there 10000s of health and saftey messages that come up

Very good for travelling and can see on DS ninetno and helps to relax more, and it's has subitbles as well very good for deaf people as well to understand more clearly
