Well, what can I say?Really wasn't expecting much, & it really doesn't look like much in the photos provided, but, it's better than it looks, & simple to use & adjusts to however wide you roll your mat.So basically, it's like a karate belt or, a stronger version of a Kipling handbag long shoulder strap! (Kiplingites will understand!!!) that has been sewn back on itself to form a loop at each end, enabling you to put your rolled up mat in, then tighten it up, with enough left to sling it over your shoulder.

This is a really useful mat strap with adjustable loops to fit around the mat. Made of sturdy canvas it also doubles as a yoga belt for assisted stretches. Really enjoying using it to carry my mat and towel to class.

so easy i thought it was not going to be much after all. but it does exactly what it does on the tin.however, i am using it to hold and carry my clinic file and it fit to perfection. and it feels very robust

Well made strap to keep rolled yoga mat under control. Expensive for what it is but I guess you get what you pay for?
