This has come close to matching my favourite yoga/training mat which is the https://www.amazon.co.uk/DoYourYoga-Yoga-»Suri«-eco-friendly-hypo-allergenic/dp/B017CXOLAM Suri from DoYourYoga. It's not quite of the same quality but it is lighter and easier to carry about. The grip is excellent and there's a plush cushioning that takes the hardness out of a studio floor without being too spongy for balance work. It seems a little shorter than some of the mats on the market but unless you are particularly tall this shouldn't be an issue.It insulates nicely from the cold too which is a big plus if you practice your yoga outdoors as I generally do.

The packaging of the mat is a simple plastic wrapper, this minimal approach is positive as often such equipment is sold in unnecessary boxes. The non-slip dark purple underside appears to be very durable. The light purple upside is soft and well-cushioned. Although the mat is relatively thin I did not experience any discomfort and prefer thin mats for yoga in any case. There wasn’t a strap with the mat, it seems to be provided with some colours only, although the plastic used for holding the mat in transit can be reused. There is a rubbery smell when first opened but this disappears once aired.

Although this mat is a lot thinner than my present mat it is comfortable to work out on. It is none slip, and takes away the chill of the gym floor. It is very much lighter to carry than my present mat or should I say past mat as I prefer this one because of its lightness and comfort. It does come with some leaflets on yoga and food but unfortunately they are in German I think. The mat seems robust enough but as I have only used it a few times I cannot say how long it will last but my old one is still going strong after about 3 years so hopefully this one will be just as durable if not more.

I use this as an exercise mat, on carpet tiles.It measures around 172 cm x 60 cm and is a reasonable thickness (0.6 cm according to the detail) feeling lightly cushioned without being spongy in use. Any curling up at the rounded edges soon flattens after unrolling.The lightly textured material is a bit cooler to the touch as the autumnal mornings start to creep in.At the end of a session, it is relatively easy to roll up & carry, in my experience, although I would prefer if it had a bag or at least a carry strap, like the

FA Sports Yogiplus Matelas de yoga PVC Pattern Pourpre/Rose 183 x 61 x 0,6 cm is a nicely designed yoga mat which is designed to look good while giving the user comfort for yoga etc.Personally, I love the colour as it is strong and vibrant as well as giving me enough padding and insulation from the floor.I like the fact it is not overly heavy, and it is easy to take with me when traveling to my Yoga Classes.This is a well made Yoga Mat which not only looks good but feels good when I am positioned on it.Happy to recommend.

I got this mat for yoga. At 1.6kg it is fairly lightweight, and a good size. The instructions that come with it advice that the mat should be aired to get rid of some of the residual production smells that might be lingering. I like the choice of colours, mine was the purple one. The mat came with some information leaflets: warm-up, a food guide, and yoga exercises, but unfortunately for me they were all in German. I kept the plastic strap that held it in a roll when it arrived as it seems to be re-usable.

We really like this mat. The materials are perfect for exercises and there is no slip under or on the mat. It's sufficiently soft that it's fine to do sit ups, back exercises etc without discomfort but still so there I no drag from the mat.It comes with a small double lassoed rope for storing and transport.The initial smell when it is unpacked is rubbery and not that nice but that should disappear with time. It is easy to rub down after a sweaty exerciseRecommended

What surprised me when I received my Yoga mat was how long it was. I thought Yoga mats were much smaller, but this is my first mat so what do I know?The mat is also nice and soft, bearing in mind I have absolutely little experience of Yoga and I have only just started, but I am told by my Yoga buddies that my mat is certainly of the high end variety.The mat rolls up nice and easy and has its own ties to keep it neat and tidy and for easy portability.Recommended.

I used a fit ball for my exercise regimen until quite recently, then my young cat launched herself at it from across the room and punctured it in about six different places, this yoga mat is a decent replacement I'm using this at home, a few hundred sit-ups in the morning, a bit of stretching after lunch, it's fairly comfortable and doesn't slip around during the most strenuous passages/ What are the nice girls saying about my toned physique? So far nothing,sadly

Nice mat. It's predecessor was cut off a roll by my yoga teacher. This is much more posh with rounded corners and no exposed raw edges. It is suitably grippy and padded enough for lying on wooden floors. If you read German you will also benefit from the 3 little leaflets outlining warm-up, nutrition, and some basic yoga postures. Slightly heavier than my previous mat, and I'd guess denser, so I can forgive it that.

This is a thin (6mm) mat that rolls quite small but also does a good enough job of cushioning hard floors. You need to choose a clour that is available with free delivery - or else it becomes expensive. Does smell a bit at first until it is aired. Otherwise it does a good job. Wish it came with a carry handle though - some might but mine didn't.

Thus is a nice standa d size yoga mat but the width is thin about 5mm. Made of polyurethane material, it is easy to wipe clean. . It is easy to fold and unfold. This is much longer than my previous mat measuring 183x61xo.5cm compared to my current 173x61x0.6cm. Although this is longer. It is lighter to carry around.

This is perfect for yoga. It's a deep shade of purple (not as illustrated). The surface is impressed with a woven finish and the undersurface is a different colour. It's non-slip, so you can use it on carpet, wood, tiles or lino. It rolls up neatly and isn't heavy. Recommended.

This is a light weight yoga mat, and is fine for a quick work out at home.I found it a bit too thin when at the gym for a longer session.Seems well made (but we shall see how it wears after a few months)
